Hi Aaron, the only thing stopping me topping up is the ongoing transfer of an old work pension into my SIPP the whole process has turned into a complete fiasco. I used to consider ii to be at least half reliable but that has now totally gone out of the window. Anyway rant over, other than that I am chomping at the bit to purchase at these prices.

I agree there has been low volume, not many buyers, but by the same token also very few sellers. Eventually something will give and with very few sellers it could be interesting. Like many others I’m happy to wait.

Maybe buyers from this last year are going to end up being pretty happy with their timing as well.

The brokers seem to think they will.

Yes, you would think that once/if a decision is made by Newmont to keep Havieron then it would have to be full steam ahead due to the Telfer situation, it would be a drain on resources to do otherwise.
