Toffers, it’s been discussed many times that many Aus institutions are mandate locked to the ASX. And as tiggerman states if the ASX listing goes ahead we then have the benefit of being listed on a main market rather than just AIM. Also one that is renowned for its association with the resources sector. For me it’s not just that it will attract Australian institutions but being on a main market adds credibility globally.

Culpepper the way I see is that, it is the intention that ore from Havieron will be processed at Telfer.

It cannot be guaranteed at this time that Havieron ore will be processed at Telfer because for starters we do not have a feasibility study or decision to mine or as Dip states a host of other possible scenarios.

I am sure that there is a legal definition of the word intention and it has been used appropriately in these circumstances. I sleep easy knowing many people far more qualified and experienced in these matters have invested on that basis.

The Havieron Joint Venture Agreement includes tolling principles reflecting the intention of the parties that, subject to a successful exploration program and Feasibility Study and a positive Decision to Mine, the resulting joint venture mineralised material will be processed at Telfer. 4

I found this, and it helped me make sense of why the resource update is intrinsically linked to the feasibility study. Especially considering that optimisation studies have been taking place. The ongoing optimisation of the feasibility study will affect in a good way the ore conversion to higher categories in my mind.

It’s NCM who have not published ( i won’t say delayed) an updated MRE they are the JV managers. They have given a reason for doing so and I imagine are governed by far more stringent reporting criteria than an AIM listed company.

I’ll happily and confidently wait along with TT and probably many others to see what the hopefully greater good outcome may be.
