Range today 161p open...then as low as 153p....should have been in at the low.

Monday, Tuesday quiet everywhere. Wednesday is over 60 day. I am not, but I have a friends card. Car Park is lethal as it is pensioners day out. Busy though. Then Friday Saturday is busy too.

What a difference 2 days makes, now a tad cheaper at £2.05. Still pondering, but think it is a buy at this price.

Cannot see todays rise to £4.44 can be sustained.

I had heard of some of the brands but didn't know the company behind them. Wish I had seen them earlier and invested. Is it too late to have a punt ?

Skimmed through the RNS today and can't see any really bad news which would cause a 6% drop. Is it just the uncertainty that some of the narrative brings?

Bit of a correction of yesterdays slide....right thing to do was to top up. Can always top slice today.

Today's slide is bigger than I would expect. So good time to top up. Hope I am right.

TalkTalk has joined BT and Sky in announcing large, above-inflation price hikes for its home phone/broadband customers that will hit customer bills on 1 December. The cost of its landline is to rise from £15.95 to £16.70 per month – a 4.7% increase. Customers who still take TalkTalk’s old “Plus” calls and broadband bundle will be charged an extra £3, paying £18.50 per month. The company’s SimplyBroadband, Essentials TV and Plus TV packages remain unchanged. TalkTalk customers who take its popular Anytime UK Calls Boost will face the biggest increase – it rises from £5 a month to £7.50 – but the increase will be partly offset by the fact that the package will include calls to UK mobiles for the first time. The call connection fee on TalkTalk’s phone network (payable on every chargeable call) will increase by 1p to 16p on 1 January 2015.

Goldman expects their primary oil & gas market (50 % of group sales) - to experience a prolonged slowdown, and therefore downgraded. 4% drop today

Reiteration of target price £4.60

Quality share...will be back to £5.00 soon, either before interim statement in November or if not then very shortly after.

There were takeover rumours last week, I think these rumours have now en squashed. Nomura gave it a reality check and ot has fallen back since.

Bad Dog, Bad Dog.

Will have to call all my shares a dog from now on. Up 3% today.

Sales increased by 3% to £2,669m; like-for-like sales up 2.9% at Argos, and up 4.1% at Homebase 1p interim dividend...............nothing spectacular but hey ho .sign of the times that this is seen as good news.

This has been a dog of a share for me....glad of a small rise today as so many shares are in the red. Will keep on holding as divis are historically good.
