ScarletVixen - you right to raise the obvious potential risk here - this is MONGOLIA. We are all assuming that normal and safe paths will be followed. Mongolia does have a poor history. Are the new changes put in place sufficient to protect the company and the shareholders.

This is a down side that is fair and correct.

We will see if Mongolia delivers - as they should - having put themselves at risk with an oil refinery that needs supply.

I still feel bullish on this. But fair comment.

The facts also include the Special Status for access guaranteed for Heron - making it a commercially attractive proposition with value.

Also the pumping of oil that is being stored in tank with PC. This will be sold. It is just needing the signing of that sales contract and the export lisense issuing. That is a fact too. Not many if's but's or maybe's with that either.

Finally the new Block VII has been awarded. Again adding a value.

So we do have new facts to support the notion of the company turning into an income generating company, pumping revenue and increasing it's worth.
