ADW-they will assess the three companies at the table for a JV partner for Heron. They will most likely get a JV partner this year. But any JV activity will only happen from next year and probably not in the year.

Any divisend would only be paid on the balance sheet and bank balance and this is likely to be some time from now but if they were offered a purchase of an asset like Heron field for eg, that may be used in part for a dividend. But no dividends planned for now.

Agree Thornogson. No rapid expansion news. A JV partner, once found, wouldn't affect the 2025 planned drilling program and would become ofsignificance probably in 2026.

No immediate raise. Trickle RNS's expected with stepped imrovements for the company.

Refinery and huge oil feeding need not live until 2028. We have time.

Questions today must be - the news of the oil refinery suggests it will be ready next Spring. Is that right?

They state it will need about 30,000 barrels of oil once in full operation. How much do you see MATD trying to pump of this MB and how may other fields could supply their needs?

Is there support and urgency coming from the MG on this front with potential loans or lian guarantees to assist the well drilling program to get the oil that they need?

Therefore, whilst thongs have indeed along a bit, today's AGM must be about funding needs and a potential Raise needed.

How much of a raise is actually necessary and when - we will see after the AGM.

The company plans to tweak the current drill sites in Block XX, but looking to fi d a good partner whilst trying to borrow money or having a partner that has money and is able to sink the wells.

We have been around the issues and potential news so much, exhausted so many permutations and over thought the state of the nation address that we are about to have, that we must have covered what is about to drop - whatever it is.

I am exhausted by this and I will be delighted to get a clear understanding what our company has planned and what the path ahead looks like - I HOPE!

MATD Energy Ltd remains witht he new Block VII in it and the 50% owenership of Sunsteppe.

Sense the need for cash and a raise coming hence forst half of March AGM and agenda with new raise powers to be agreed tomorrow at 8am.

Any news to mitigate this would be very welcome. Lack of RNS with conformation of any new developments within trading today is not boding well for me.

I am not sure that is right Proquo. As Doc stated in his post earlier:

Sorry Proquo - yes - Doc is right. The piece in the RNS about the AGM reads as follows:

"Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 12 Mar 2025, 09:00 GMT, or submitted at any time during the AGM itself."

No Proquo. All questions had to be submitted by 09.00hrs today and they hope to answer as many as they can tomorrow!

As I have repeatedly stated, it is hard to know what questions to ask when one doesn't know what the news and developments are within the company.

A stupid situation. We really need an investors meets the board open meeting again - after we know what is actually happening and planned to happen!

We will also see how Ms. Shinezaya as a Board member of MATD, in charge of venture capital for Petrovis and Chairperson of Petrovis, a graduate of the University of Boston, can arrange and sort the finances and potential loans or commercial deals for the Farm Down of the Heron field.

I find it frustrating that the board approach is to close the questions for the AGM at 9am today. And yet not to give the share holders any information or facts to base any question on. We are totally in the dark here.

We can sense the opportunity. Feel the gravity of the players reported to be in strategic meetings in Mongolia and believe that MATD must have been a party in these meetings and discussions. But we don't know.

We can only deduce, joins dots, read the stars and hope that our common sense and logic plays out. It looks as though we will have to wait until tomorrow to find out. No RNS before opening this morning.

I truly do not understand your point. This is an engineering construction form winning the contract to build the infrastructure to process the crude oil only. They can't supply the oil.

The oil has to come from wells. New wells. Lots of new wells and quickly. One of the areas where there is a potential to drill and supply the crude from is Heron. That is where MATD comes in. No more and no less then that!

I didn't say that a sale would happen. I stated that I didn't see an operational experience in running a production company in any of the board member.

Only exploration and involvement in companies that merge after exploration finds.

Therefore, IMO, we are heading for a sale of assets or JV.

That is my assessment. Right or wrong.
