It doesn't matter what those facts end up being, MATD and MB have to have a solid plan whether it be plan A, B,C or D. And all of them have a very solid upside.

WOS is ultimately right and I have felt that this is a win win share regardless of what the cat brings in. Any deal or plan in any direction will give a good premium on the

If the offer only focused on Heron for the 10p to 15p per share value, this would be sensible.

China built a huge hospital in a week for Covid. I am sure they could break all records and sink 50 wells in 6 months, if they had to as a part of the sales agreement as demanded by the MG.

I would like to.see this kept to Heron only. Keep the options in Block XX for Gobi.

We will have to wait and see.

What about a soft offer from PC. Manipulate the sp to 12 p per share. Do a raise for 9p per share, do it all ourselves?

To me, a PC takeover is messy and wrong. Our sales agreement depends on the MG and PC signing the agreement.

If PC does not sign the agreement, our route to market and value is screwed.

The MG would not want PC to swoop to take over and control the whole energy oil market in Mongolia either. But they need oil for the refinery...!!

Let's hope it is an offer for all or part of the Heron field. 5 p per share for Heron may be ok. But not.for MATD.
