Brinkmanship and a hard deal20 Apr 2025 07:01
Happy Easter / Happy Holidays yo you all.
I still believe no raise is required.
I still look at H1 and the potential of something to be stimulated successfully from H2, Gobi and Gazelle and think we could easily be able to pump 1,000 barrels per day from H1 and our other single well equipment within a merter of 10 weeks from now.
I sense the issue at hand is a power play with PC. They hold our oil but the signed agreement is purposefully on a painfully go slow trajectory. I also sense that there is a huge play here at government levels in relation to oil and renewable energy with a multi billion $ investment into MG for what could be one of the biggest global renewable energy projects/partnerships to date.
Our only need for the short term stability of the business is the signed sales agreement with export licence granted and ability to turn a simple sustainable operating turnover for the viability and safety of the business.
I sincerely hope that these relatively immediate requirements are not being lost in the power play for what could be a huge and complex energy supply collaboration with China. As stated before, being able to sell crude should be simple. Even if it is an internal sale to PC without exporting it. But the signed alsales agreement with our own export licence along with the sand screen being fitted to H1 and the pump rate being increased to 600 + bpd, coupled with any other news about just one stimulation success of H2, Gobi or Gazelle and perhaps the second block being awarded.....we should be seeing 🚀 🚀 🚀 😉
