I am in big doubt that Beowulf will ever get a permit. The only way for Kurt to save his face it is make some kind of arrangement with LKAB or any other company asap and get out from Sweden. There is no logic to think that after more than 5 years of complete ignorance of company's interest it will be miraculously changed and permit will be granted. And in contrary, refusing the permit will be pretty much in tune of preserving under any pretext such a great assets as Kallak for Sweden only. Ignoring even all of Kurt's efforts to make BEM Swedish too. They want their assets in whole and will not compromise. Or maybe on something very small being sure that company do not has a capacity for legal battle against Swedish government. I'll be glad to be wrong. It was very strange to read such comment that "If putting money into stocks with the expectation of making money was that easy we wouldn't all be posting on this board would we?" Why we wouldn't posting, CS? Do you want to be the only richest man on the planet? Or making money on the market its the privilege of the geniuses who will kept their knowledge in secret?
There are a lot investors who are not genius at all. But did make a lot of money on stock exchange alongside with some losses of course. And that are the losses which can teach us how to gain. And specially through the investment in such a brilliant company as Matad. I have already achived my first significant gains here. And surreally will repeat it very soon even in much bigger scale.

On today's excellent RNS its a clear sign that there are a lot of day traders on the market dealing with our shares and taking a bit profit at every opportunity. Therefore I do not surprise to see todays' fall. And since I know that everything is going in accordance of plan it means nothing to me. Except, its giving to all of us and specially those sitting on the fence chance to get in at the lowest entry point. Which is luckily still possible for such a late stage. When we are on the eve of our first Heron well which will appraise a structure already proven to be oil bearing on Block XIX. And today's SP fall most likely will be the new base for even bigger jump tomorrow.

So, we can sit absolutely relaxed and enjoy our pleasant journey!

Which I would like to see on regular basis. This is which distinguished by a team with a professional approach and understandings how important it is to maintain constant contact with investors. And most importantly the company's image on the market unlike from those who ignore or even not quite understand such simple things at all.

qwertyqwer25, have you noticed that in April 2010 SP did rise up to £2.10p in pure gambling situation. And which is just incomparable with almost everything that Matad have and achieve today - starting with highly qualified CEO and ending with all that analytical base, including 2D and 3D seismic data or new experience that has acquired today. Therefore, the price of shares is very often determined not only by what the company has achieved but also by the expectations which can really happen. And do not forget that Matad posses multi-billion barrel of oil potential.

cash2 and bonum agree with both of you. In my £1+ SP assumption I proceeded from the fact that we are striking oil in 2 of our very first 3 drillings at Heron, Gazelle or Red Deer. Excluding Velociraptor with 201 MMbo potential and Fox 206 MMbo potential in Block V.
But if we are so lucky that together with 2 strike in Block XX we will strike one more in Block V then SP will fly to £2+ or £3+. We must not forget that Matad was already at such price in April 2010 when nobody could even dream of such a perfect situation and in which quite possibly and very soon we can find ourself.

And I agree with you, cash2 completely about "Iranian crisis". We have nothing to worry about.

The most honest answer would be that no one know. But it can be quite realistically assumed that the price can reach 20p - 25p even before any oil strike. In particularly at the time when Matad, along with first well drilling, simultaneously will begin drill the second well. This mean that in case of oil strike at Heron SP may double and rise up to 50p - 60p or even higher. And if there is second oil strike in one of the 3 remaining drillings then the price as I am sure can easily jump to £1+.

It would be much better if the RNS appeared on Monday. Otherwise sharp SP fluctuations and its falling can continue. Whereas it is extremely important now to achieve maximum SP and market capitalisation stability. It is such stability that makes AIM listed company attractive to solid investors, rather than sharp SP fluctuations, which are so often happening with Matad and feeding the day-traders and speculants.

It is very good that you are monitoring. And you know what? You may find yourself in a brilliant position If suddenly (at least this time and even quite by chance Lol) turns out that Kurt was right. In that case you can tear not one but two Jackpots: in a week with BEM and then instantly switching to Madad. Can you imagine what a fantastic luck it will be?
