Just before the good news of the RNS was the post by Idiot441 of an article in the Daily Telegraph reporting a specific T cell that latches onto cancer cells. Remarkble that cancer cells of different origin (presumably having different phenotypes) should be recognised, and presumably destroyed. If confirmed this is massive news for all involved in cancer care. Meanwhile AGL should now start to roll. I wonder how much more work will be required to gain more general approval for use of Parsortix with other cancers? Happy days.

Generation would make sense to end users, because it can apply to both gas, and electricity.

It sounds as though there are using circulating RNA fragments as a screening tool for primary undiagnosed tumours. Parsortix has not looked in this area as far as I know, as they are sensibly going for the low hanging fruit. But it would be interesting for them to look for CTCs as a screening tool. Didn't Parsortix pick up an previously unknown breast tumour in someone who was being used as a control in one of their studies?
So at present Tosh are working in different area from Parsortix.

It might be worth adding that 3 years ago Ceres - in a broadly similar state of development to AFC now had a SP of ~ 60-80 p, so 15-20p here looks well undervalued. Onwards and upwards.

I think you need a lot of (?paid) spare time to write a 4 part essay. I read it and looked up Ceres. The only take home message I gained was that Ceres are well ahead of AFC in terms of business development - a year or 3 perhaps - but both outfits have a great deal to offer. It is true that the SP for AFC is based on speculation and hope (and I have been speculating and hoping for 6 years), but the future now looks great for AFC and I will not be selling any time soon. But I might have a small punt on Ceres as well. I am still not clear why the essayist wanted to compare the two in such detail. A bit anal.

I hold afc. I reckon we are some way, years, behind Ceres. AFC does not presently have anything like the capacity or turnover of this outfit. As for potential, or comparisons between the technology, I really cannot say. The one thing that is for certain is that Ceres is much closer to profitabilty.

Last time was was up at 19.5p was Jan 2017- and that was based on Kore and hot air

AFC should be rubbing their hands at this - where the SP is going crazy anyway. My buy here this am has appeared as a sell; why can this nonsense not be sorted? No point in recording market activity otherwise.

Thurgarton. your explanation makes sense, (bl**dy Woodford again) and perhaps there are signs that the SP is beginning to edge up again. A buy for the brave, and supported by todays RNS. Slow progress is being made.

I am not clear who the cells will be manufactured by. Dunsfold is just the research centre. Presumably they will outsource production. Any ideas out there, as I do not remember this being mentioned?

Ok, the FDA want all the data, and more, and a rapid response from them was never on the cards, but Q3 2020? I was expecting (and Angle too?) a Q1 approval. The SP will drift for another 6-9 months even if the newsflow of further excellent studies produces temporary spikes. IMHO etc,.

I am surprised that validation of Parsortix' role for an exceedingly common malignancy should take up to 5 years; I would have thought a well organised multicentre trial would have had this nailed one way or the other within 3y. And once FDA approval for breast ca. is through early next year (dv), I think that further applications for Parsortix will come more quickly.
