Whilst all this talk about the rights issue is entertaining the troops....
it's pure conjecture, as no one knows the price or terms !!!
....
Also for newbies... anyone worried that they can't ( or simply don't want to) invest anymore in Amgo(v2) then there are 3 options with the RI.
1) Sell all your 'rights' and pocket the money !
2) Sell all your 'rights' and buy some Amgo shares in the market !!
3) Sell part of your 'rights' to fund taking up the rest of your 'rights/shares'!!!
..........
Also..NB..FWIW...IMHO...
The actual RI is not the 95%'dilution' , that is achieved simply by the creation of the 9bn new shares !! That satisfies the FCA/Industry standard requirement !! What happens after that is secondary...as long as funding requirements met, FCA will be happy!!
The RI is one form of funding, there will also be large placements with ii's, debt for equity, bonds etc.
Current shareholders may only be left with 5% of the Amgo.v2.... but it will be a much larger company than it is now... so a smaller slice, but of a much bigger pie !!
.......
So, it's not all doom and gloom ;-)
BWTFDIK !
