Anyone know how the bonus payments are formulated ???

For some time now certain posters have been claiming that AZ has been dumping his shares...
Well as far as I can see, on 24 Dec 2020 he transferred the remainder of his personally held shares into Avante Garde Grp. which had just merged with 1AF2 S.r.L
This gave AvanteGarde a holding of 12,742,513,009 Syme shares....
This would appear to be exactly the same as indicated in the latest RNS...
As AvanteGarde is 100% owned and controlled by AZ this would indicate that in fact.....
AZ has, in the last 20 months, to paraphrase MRRR ...
" not sold one single share"....

Refunds should take 7-10 days apparently !!!
Was worth a punt.. something's better than nothing ...
Two extra lines on accounts showing rejected shares applied for and one for warrants held...

Of course it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that seeing as the offer will undoubtedly be well over subscribed Syme could issue more shares to satisfy demand and rake in more money to fund Alessandro's lifestyle ( sorry ... Syme's cash requirements)
