It is often the case that statistics are manipulated to support a required point of view.
In this case the 20% relates to the NUMBER of claims and not the VALUE of all claims.
It is pragmatic to assume that those with larger loans, and therefore larger possible redress , are far more likely to claim than those with smaller loans, who are more likely to 'not bother'.
Therefore the theoretical scary figure for total possible liability is just that "theoretical".
The judge approved the SoA....
So onwards and upwards.
Slowly but surely momentum is increasing.

will be staying in luxury air-conditioned hotels, training in air-conditioned facilities and

Some of them might even resort to longjohns & gloves !!!

The speculation around the Rights Issue is just that... speculation.
We won't know the price or discount until Amgo tell us !!!

Basically I have found in the past that you can either....
1... take up all your rights (if you have the cash)
2... sell all your rights on market and keep the cash
3... sell part of your rights to fund buying some of the shares
Your rights will have a market value for the duration of the offer period.
Instructions should be provided by your online broker.

The Govt has been forced to borrow 'billions' to cover the big black hole it's finances....
I would guess that at least 75% of the UK adult/working population will have to do the same....
Hopefully Amigo's new products will help fill that gap !!
The new stricter FCA guidelines will keep Amgo on the straight and narrow....
But the market is HUGE !!!

Several factors will affect the value of your holding, not least the discount that the RI shares will be offered at !!
Market sentiment will play a big part because if it looks like the RI, SoA, Re-lending & recapitalisation are all more likely to succeed, then the shares will be bouyant !
It's not all doom & gloom.

I usually refrain from giving investment advice, but my motto is... never put all your eggs in one basket !!
I too have made some disasterous investments over a long period of time ( eurotunnel & sirius being just two) and have lost over 100k... but having used many baskets I could live with the losses and am overall in good profit.
