I know how you feel... I usually miss out on selling when a share 'tops out' but not so with GGP
as I managed to sell 90% just before it 'topped'...
Now happily rebuilding holding sub 8p and wait for good news to start the ride up again.

The whole of the RI will be 'underwritten' by an Institutional Investor who will buy any shares not taken up by existing shareholders ( for a fee ).... to 'guarantee' a sucessful RI !!!

Raising the £15m for the SoA and also £30m to fund future lending at the same time kills two birds with one stone and avoids prolonging the agony even further !!!

Today's deliberate mishtakes in the original RNS were done by the BoD to make the market and PI's think that they don't know their R's from their elbows !!
This is obviously a ploy to keep the share price down so that their 'mystery backer' has the chance to load up cheaply before the big day !!!

I have some good friends who live in Vancouver, and I have had a lot of extended holidays over there staying with them . Now, they also have a cabin way out in the sticks up the Fraser Valley in a lovely town called...Hope.
We used this as a touring base.
So I suppose I can actually claim to have 'lived in Hope' !!
