Nope.. My HL is fine..
.... showing as a separate entry 'assented line' in both my sipp and share ac's with the amount I applied for, price (0.05p), cost & value etc...
When the allocations are announced this will be adjusted and amalgamated with the main holdings and any refunds will follow.....

The HL message is quite clear why.......
"This stock is currently unavailable to buy. MIFID II regulations require the issuers of investments to provide us with information about costs and charges. At present we are unable to access this data therefore we cannot make this stock available for further investment. If you already hold this investment, you can continue to hold it, and sell it at any time, but you cannot buy any more at present."

It's an EU reg that still applies to UK... so blame MTR for not pulling their finger out !!!

Luckily I managed to buy back in @ 15p a few weeks back having sold 90% last year @ 30p...
So another run up to 30p by Xmas would be nice fellas... ;-)
