I think that the market ( like myself) had probably accepted that the vote was a formality and had already priced that in.( All it did was approve both options to be put to the Judge)
The court date for sanctioning the new business (SOA2) will be the real hurdle and hopefully will be the "light the blue touchpaper " moment !!!

Trying to work out what the RI will actually be in 12 months time is totally pointless.....
You can theorise all day long, and come up with 20 different versions, and still not get it right!!
The market ( & shareholders) will find out when it's announced by the "Management"...
before that it's pure speculation, hokum & bullshine !!

In the days prior to and then following the court dates there will inevitably be a massive 'feeding frenzy' fuelled by FOMO.....
The peak of the sp rise will be difficult to judge as that will depend on when the 'traders' decide to cash-in and and bank profits, at which point it will drop like a stone back to a more reasonable level (maybe 10p ?). Some may get their fingers burnt at this point !!!
........
It will then bumble along at this level for some weeks / months depending on news flow from the "management".
The level that this finds in the longer term very much depends on the dilution/RI ....but that discussion is best left for a much later rainy day.

Stevie.... the Judge and the FCA are purely concerned with the rights and pockets of all creditors. They have no regard for the company's shareholders , so do you think they will pay any heed to what ASAG have to say.?
What exactly do you think ASAG can do to harm Amigo's prospects. Can you elaborate?

I am minded to think that anything adversarial being said by shareholders will be regarded as pure whinging hypocrisy by the Judge & FCA.
After all, as shareholders we all invest in companies for various reasons, the main one being to make a profit, but in doing so we must accept the risks involved.
If anyone is not happy taking risks then they should put their money in Premium Bonds !!!

Hopefully, after the dust has settled, we will all still have an investment in a going concern with a bright future!! ;-)

because to put it simply... m.cap = sp x no.of shares issued ( therefore directly related)

Also, the sp (and therefore the m.cap) does not in itself show what a company is actually worth
but is merely what the market sentiment is regarding it's current situation and prospects...

A company can have a £bn m.cap on a high P/E ratio with very little tangible assets and only a few £m in cash.(All down to investor sentiment)
