Stevie.... the Judge and the FCA are purely concerned with the rights and pockets of all creditors. They have no regard for the company's shareholders , so do you think they will pay any heed to what ASAG have to say.?
What exactly do you think ASAG can do to harm Amigo's prospects. Can you elaborate?
I am minded to think that anything adversarial being said by shareholders will be regarded as pure whinging hypocrisy by the Judge & FCA.
After all, as shareholders we all invest in companies for various reasons, the main one being to make a profit, but in doing so we must accept the risks involved.
If anyone is not happy taking risks then they should put their money in Premium Bonds !!!
Hopefully, after the dust has settled, we will all still have an investment in a going concern with a bright future!! ;-)
