Jimmy....
In chemistry ,( for example), methodology is crucial, but different approaches to method due exist and result in the same outcome.!!
The 19:1 dilution is the required outcome and will be achieved by the creation of new shares, but don't forget that this will also fund the new business (Amgo.v2) going forward.
IMO... only a small fraction of the new shares will be used in the rights issue with the vast majority being 'placed' with ii's ...thus making the RI affordable to existing holders, if they should wish to partake. The new funding will enable full redress and enable Amgo.v2 to succeed.
The resultant structure will mean that 'existing shareholders' will only own 5% of the new company which indicates a 95% dilution ... Q.E.D.
Comes down to.... what do you prefer...
100% of a sherbet dip or maybe 5% of the whole sweet shop ??
IMHO... but then again...WTFDIK !!
