Well do you know anything about the 2010 dispute? If not i suggest you research it because we have a lot in our armoury. I have heard Christmas being mentioned as the big reason for Royal Mail wanting to delay an agreement. It doesn't really matter to us when it is, Christmas is our big earning period so we are well cashed up come any action after Christmas. Oh and by the way that tax credit you mentioned we will be having that for our pay rise.
