Well I think you need to research your comments because it will lead to a pension at the end and it is by far and away the closest thing we are going to get to final salary and in fact in good years will excel it. I have done my research I know just how good it is and I also know that many other industries are now looking to get on this scheme. Nothing in life is guaranteed for sure I will give you that but I have seen many presentations on the scheme and it is industry leading make no mistake about it.
