If indeed the price can be lowered and SNG001 made accessible to the masses, then I am all for it. Market cap might not reach the dizzy heights of double digit £B but if it saves lives, then so be it

Even better if SNG001 has longer term outlook as an antiviral bypassing the need for annual anti-flu vaccinations.

Can’t say for certain that RM’s team has the many variants in mind when designing their trial - but running trials across multiple countries stringly implies that this could well have been the case.

One benefit of this company being owned and run by scientists.

Now they just have to beef up their PR Dept...

Can't find the source, but I was sure I had ready previously that Prof Holgate and his team had looked at both Inteferon Alpha and Beta and concluded that Beta was likely to be the more effective.

I'm not so confident about clearing £2 today (happy to be wrong :-). There are a few areas of resistance ahead - though the stars and charts are aligning. Nevertheless, £2 will be cleared soon.

On a weekly, I can see a flag formation priming for a breakout. On the daily, there is a rising channel. Then looking at Elliot wave, we have clearly completed Wave 1 and 2 and have started wave 3. Wave 3 tends to be the most explosive - coinciding with Phase 3 readouts. Once the last price hurdle has been cleared, it is clear blue sky all the way.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Amazon already used for home testing kit? They have the best same/next day delivery system. Makes a lot of sense to hook up with them - monopoly issues aside.

Tbh Hold, I have also considered SP >£1000 as a very long short possibility but a lot of positive events (i.e. positive for SNG) will have to happen in-between. Not sure I'll be around that long!

If people are banding around valuations of £249.99 (even if in jest), it makes Numis prediction of £10-50 look rather tame! :-)

Just a suggestion - if we get a £50B buy out, why not donate some to charity ;-)

I can see the huge potential of Synairgen. It would seem that following the successful P2 trials, a whole host of other scientists have cotton-on to the effectiveness of delivering medicines via the inhaled route.

But the one aspect which I do not understand is the scope and limitations of the patents Synairgen holds for inhaled interferon B. I notice that this Cuban ****tail has also Interferon-gan - is this enough to by-pass the patents? If Cuba can do it, so can others. China already has their own version of inhaled interferon.

Perhaps RM is well aware of this which is why he has targeted USA and getting on the FDA fast-track, employing the "it is the who you know", and getting in first into the huge USA market.
From a business perspective, this would also imply that massive marketing will be required to swamp the market and with SYN and SYN only. Again, RM is likely already onto this - I hope!

I particularly like how the positive news on Synairgen is followed by negative news for another therapeutic!

There is no doubt in my mind that Synairgen will go down the licensing route. With a successful P3, the £10B valuation would be a minimum, not a target - a lot depends on the timescale PIs are prepared to hang on to this stock. I personally would be de-risking at some stage but not selling out completely.

Interesting that the lady said she could not comment much on the oral and inhaled therapies. Why do you think this might be?

A) ignorance?
B) market sensitive so perhaps Or perhaps some Sort of gagging clause in contract?
