What is wrong in asking for people that voted for something to defend their choice? For the sane portion of the electorate that voted against Brexit, it's all too bloody easy to point fingers because it's such a farce already.

The negatives are many, they are visible, they are increasing and they are only going to get worse. This is the cost we all have to pay carrying out the will of the electorate. The very least the "winners" can do is take responsibility for their choice. If Brexit is so clearly good, then defending it should be easy.

You seem to commend him for "delivering Brexit", but we're still in the middle of that bloody crisis. You commend him for his covid response despite it being an utter shambles and wasting billions of public money. What has Boris done, other than create scandal after bloody scandal and lose by-election seats? The man is a joke, but none so more than his blinkered, naive and fanatical supporters.

I'd happily sacrifice Lloyds SP value for a competent government leading the country.

And while the majority voted for Brexit, they didn't vote on any specific exit plan because there was none. They certainly didn't vote for the UK to break international law and unilaterally renage on agreements.

Trotsky at least you aren't as blinkered as a lot of folk on here. It's one thing being pro-Brexit, it's quite another thing being completely oblivious to the clear issues it is causing.

What isn't so obvious is what the benefits are. I think we are yet to see any - but don't worry, apparently we might see some on 50 years when we're all dead.

If people have political ideology that is line with fascism, then they are gonna get called fascists. If they aren't comfortable with being called fascists, then perhaps they should adopt some political opinions based on compassion and morality, rather than fear and hatred.

Hatred towards migrants, the poor, and demonizing people on the left - as many like to do on this forum - are hallmarks of fascism. Blaming every problem on "the other" is a classic fascist trope. Hard right extremism is on the rise in every western country and you act as though anti-fascists like me are the problem. We've literally had two MPs murdered by far-right extremists in the past 6 years.
