Why do you think that buyers will be loading up at 3.05p?

In the past, many times, the cash raise price has been at a discounted price to the current SP, but if there’s no news after the cash raise, the share price has drifted down to the offer price.

I’ve been a huge supporter of QFI for many years now, and am very bullish now, but I suspect unless we get news, the price will drift back down to 2.7p before it goes up again.

I requested many time more than the number of shares that I was offered, and I expect to be able to buy them at or below 2.7p if there’s no news in the next couple of weeks.

This is a long haul, so there’s no need to worry about the day to day and week to week SP.

Let’s hope there’s some good news on its way!

My Hargreaves Landsdown account is showing the shares I asked for and the excess 8.5% now in with my main holding. But the excess hares that I didn't get are still showing on the Open Offer listing in my ISA and SIPP and the money for that portion is still not refunded.

I'm sure it'll get credited back soon.

My dilemma now is that my nice round numbers of shares is out of kilter, so I'll have to buy more to make the numbers up again :-)

Fun question......Do you like to have the number of shares as a round number or the amount you've spent on the shares as the round number?

Looks good to me. And as has been said, if they’re announced as an II, then it’s their own money they’re investing as the think the company has potential to make them a great return.

Do we know what they are? As in, if we own 1m shares, how many shares are we allowed to buy at 2.7p?

I think last time it was something like 5% of your holding?

I’m asking, because I’ve had a buy order for 200,000 shares at 2.77p in place since Friday afternoon, so it’s quite ironic for me, that I’m going to be offered some new shares at a slightly lower price!

Also, the dilution of up to 20% will surely mean that about that much is wiped off our holdings?

Does the RNS state how many new shares we will be offered?

Last time it was a percentage of the amount of shares you already owned.

Can’t see any details about that in the RNS (I’ve not looked very hard)

Guess this is good news, but the really good news will be if some IIs buy up all £6m of the shares.

How can the price jump from buys at 3p to buys at 3.7p in such a short period. Very odd.

I've had another big buy order set at 2.99p for a while now and just logged in expecting it to have been filled, only to find the share price at 3.7p again!!??

It looks more like a sell to me. At 09.44 this morning and traded at todays absolute high.

Let's hope there is some up tick tomorrow. Today has been very unpleasant. 4 years worth of pension contributions wiped off in a day for me.
