I commented the same thought yesterday. I think it would have been much cleverer to make our share seem really cheap compared to the others so that the Robinhood FOMO brigade piled in just on the basis that it seems cheap compared to RIOT and MaRA. At $20 it won’t seem cheap, and worst of all, if we double in price (to £3) then our US price will be the same or more than RIOT and MARA despite our valuation being way lower.

Missed a trick in my opinion.

Hopefully not a major issue, but certainly could have been better.

I wonder if they did the 10x pricing just because it’s very easy to work out what the old price would be. (Divide by 10)

I think that process applies to brand new listings. We are already listed on OTC and trading properly on LSE, so I don't think there will need to do any book building. Just a price set at the time the book opens, and hopefully a stamped of buyers trying to buy them all up!

I was hoping they would price the new shares at 2 shares to one, making them "seem" very cheap compared to RIOT and MARA, which, in my opinion would have created a lot more FOMO from the RobinHood type investors in the US.

At an $18-20 launch price, we only need to 2X before we are deemed, by those who don't quite understand how the market caps of all the company's are valued, as 'equal' to our competitors.

I was hoping that we would launch on NASDAQ at around $4 and could 4,5,6 X before we had a similar dollar price to RIOT and MARA.

Hopefully I'm missing something? I'm sure it'll be fine anyway. I'm not giving enough credit to the average investor who will absolutely know how to compare company valuations.

Chuz, you’re forgetting that we are talking about a company that grown money on trees.

12% pa is only 1% per month and the loan is for one and a half months, so 1.5%. Far better than selling our bitcoins wouldn’t you agree?

Hopefully the loan will lead to a stream of wonderful and excellent news once we uplist.

The coming weeks are going to be very exciting.

IIRC - the last Galaxy loan has an interest rate for over 12%, so assuming this one is the same, the sooner it’s paid back, the better. PW is obviously gambling that the BTC coins will be worth much more than 12% more than they’re worth today, in October.

They will be able to use the IPO mo Et to repay the debt, for the time being, I’d imagine.

Interesting times, if a little worrying too.

There is clearly a whole load of new news and positive info being sat on until after the Nas up-listing.

Makes sense to hold onto news that will cause a jump in the SP until after the uplist.

So in a way it's good that the green credentials and other info is not being shouted about at the moment.

In the past, with different companies, I’ve had an email or message about it, but this time, nothing. I don’t know what the proposals are in order to send a message to HL.

Plus, you wonder if the guys who reads my message will actually do anything, or just delete it and say “All done”.

On HL - how do you find the questions on which to vote?

I’ve not had any messages from HL about it, despite owning a large quantity of ARB shares in my SIPP and ISA.

If there was the slightest element of truth to the rumour, the USA share price would be mooning.

It would be amazing if it’s true though!
