Interesting post Wolferlaf
The driver here for Walsh and Cruz is short term returns.
Walsh will not stay much longer and is looking for an exit plan, potentially Qatar.
One thing BA / IAG are good at is creating division and it has worked for them .
Sadly, the Unions are not clever enough to have evolved into a smarter collective but are acting in just the same way as a business. All they are interested in is subscriptions, income and self reward, with little outgoing and cost.
In agree with you that until the IAG workforce act together they will achieve little , which , I am afraid to say , will only be to the benefit of IAG's managers and Directors, with a latent benefit to shareholders, eventually.
During the interim, I am waiting for the SP to recover to pre-brexit levels.
