It does not seem that high to me, but if anyone here has L2, perhaps they could confirm/refute this.

Profit, FCF and debt are the only things that matter, as far as I am concerned.

This is simply responding to the current market-wide sell off. Not even a sell off really. Not even a correction!

But I do respect technical indicators and it is not negative to point these out, from time to time.

So, for those who have an open mind about such things: we want to close above 90.79p today, or certainly a close above that number tomorrow.

None of which needs to mean anything to those simply HODL'ing, but it might give you a lower price to initiate a position, or add to a current position.

Not that it is any consolation, but this is not a UK only problem. I also think that Germany and France are in a worse place right now than us.

Even the US has many of the same problems, albeit the global reserve currency status affords them considerably more of a buffer than, well, pretty much everyone else. And likely a new government that is not going to be (quite) as financially irresponsible as the socialists.

Jury out in my mind as to whether or not DT and co are actually going to be financially responsible in real terms, but that is by the by.

Anyway, as I said the other day, the trend is the trend and I have amended my buy order lower than the 197p that it was.

Will say if it hits (unlikely to further reduce that one) and in the meantime, GLA.

I think it is more likely that traders and stale bulls have created a mini 'crowded trade' here, after the three-month high print earlier.

Compounded by the current risk-off sentiment across the indices.

Probably a flurry of stops hit too, on this sharp leg down. Albeit one where the trend remains intact, as far as I can see.

Watching with interest the 50 DMA (60.19p, since you asked, lol).

A close below that today and tomorrow will IMO see that 57p gap that I mentioned a few days ago or so, get filled.

Or we might bounce hard off the 50, and kick onto that 70p range quite quickly. Cannot rule that out either, IMO.

This is generally a volatile name. It has recently been quite 'calm', so perhaps we are going to have some more shake, rattle and roll in the weeks ahead! GLA.

I thought it was sometime in March - thanks for confirming February, if that is when it is.

I agree it has some promising potential - if they can demonstrate that they have got things back on track.

And some decent inside buying, once the window to do so is open, would back up their confidence in achieving such objectives.

LTH pot unchanged though and if the faith in the BOD that some of us have given turns out to be wise, then hopefully a far bigger SP in the next 12-24 months.

Yeah, not a massive of SPAC's. At least they are not floating on the Malawi exchange.

Not advice as such of course...but try to look at your p/f as dispassionately as possible. Easier said than done, I know :)

Not sure if you were in any shares during 2020, but I remember clearly how I felt in late March through April in that year.

Not a single stock of mine that was not in the red! Managed to dig my way out of that hole and bought a few names (after some deep breaths, lol) around the lows.

Made some good profits soon enough, but they should have been much bigger profits, had I been more sensible with a few names. I also did not keep back enough dry powder going into 2020, so missed out on some bumper returns, had I been more sensible on that front, too. The stock market equivalent of university of life, lol.

Which is why I often mention keeping back dry powder on various chat boards.

Anyway, my point is, if you remain confident in your long thesis here and all your other positions, then try not to worry too much about it. ATB.

First time popping over here for a while, so apologies Gingy, only just seen your question to me a couple of weeks ago.

I personally would not be concerned with their reduction here.

But IMO, it remains very expensive on fundamentals still, so not one that is back on my radar at the time of print.

I felt (and still do) that 133p was too frothy, but the SP made some strong gains from that year low print...proving that fundamentals do not always matter. At least in the short term.

I think the next update is in early March. To justify the current valuation IMO will require a very strong update. Of which I have no strong opinion, in either direction, having not monitored this one for a while. So not followed/researched some of the stuff required to this end.

But all that matters is how the big holders feel when the next update is released.
