Well, for myself, I have a buy order in the pipes. If it hits, I will confirm.

IMO there are a good range of opinions on this chat board. Some posters seem to have a very good understanding of this particular space; others bring some interesting technical analysis and more general/wider macro thoughts. Which can also be valuable, to my mind.

The only advice I would give you is to read all the RNS material, going back at least 12 months, but preferably longer.

Currently a normalised P/E of 20.4, which is fine, as long as the next update shows good business recovery, along with all the other important financial fundamentals at that time.

If my buys hit, they are only going to represent a small position, as I am also inclined not to dismiss stupmy's TA on this one either.

I would likely add more on the way down though, and potentially hold through to the March update.

All subject to the obvious caveats of course and like you say yourself, not advice for anyone else to take as gospel :) GLA.

I would question the sanity of the BOD if they even considered floating anything in Malawi.

Open-minded to other (western) indices though...although a sale is still the most logical, and in my strong opinion, commercially wisest decision, to take with Songwe.

Like I said a year or more ago - let it be known we are considering selling it to China. That would focus western minds and presumably open western wallets. And PDQ at that, IMO.

Could be institutions swapping over, and/or a short closing perhaps.

As long as the director's deliver, then the SP will reflect this pretty quickly, in my view.

Right now, we are essentially in no man's land (although from a TA perspective, I am wondering whether the chart shows a cup and handle prospect, from 11th November to now).

Not personally going to add in this range, but subject to my opening sentence coming to pass, the current SP will be cheap.

Not massive volume today and no real SP movement either, so a bit puzzling.

Never been in this one, but always like to read the RNS's of material news. So I had a look myself this morning.

It will be interesting to see how the market takes it.

If I have understood correctly the (fairly convoluted) outline of this tie up, then I cannot really see much upside for holders here from this deal.

It would certainly be interesting to know how long these talks went on for, before this announcement.

A 45% SP drop in six months stood out to me as well - but I have only had a brief look this morning, so no doubt there is lots of information that I am unaware of, which LTH's here are perhaps better qualified to comment on. GLA anyway.

You may, or may not, eventually end up losing all your investment when this de-lists.

But it is not a 'big conspiracy' being perpetrated by those who have suggested that this is a potential outcome from that point.

I have no idea how Superdry is doing since they de-listed. Perhaps go onto that chat board and, if anyone is still posting there, find out how things are going since they did?

Equally, I have no idea, and no strong opinion, on whether or not those who stick with the de-listed company here will be rewarded in time.

Ultimately, you and other minor shareholders, need to make that decision. Nobody else can help you with that.

And if you do back the BOD and genuinely do not care about the short to medium term '3, 5 10 years' as you suggest, then why worry?

The next update is a little while off, and there are plenty of indicators that suggest we are looking at a market-wide correction at the very least in the next few months.

Which in itself would actually be quite healthy. But would not be good for the SP of most outfits in the short term. None of which is an issue for those who hold shares without the pressure of margin etc.

What are your current thoughts, Jtan? I have made my own TA opinions known here, but make no claim to be any good at this stuff yet.

In your shoes, I would contact the company directly to ask some of these questions. Obviously they are not going to be able to answer all of those questions.

Additionally, I would actually seek professional guidance, as 60K does not sound like it is pocket change for you.

I have some reasonable knowledge and understanding on this general topic, but am not professionally qualified to share it.

I would also suggest you contact IG and ask them your last question. Again, I know the answer to this one, but you are better not to trust any poster on an anon chat board and find out for yourself directly.

I have only glanced over a few of the RNS's here, after seeing the name on the losers board today.

From that little reading, it would not be one that I would personally consider investing in, although I can see how some might feel differently for a very small punt. Perhaps and depending on what the SP looked like in the final few minutes before de-listing.

Even that would be predicated on whether or not you trusted the BOD to actually represent the interests of the shareholder base after going private.

Far fewer protections as a minor shareholder in a private company than a listed one.

To the poster who asked whether or not his shares could remain in his ISA: I would really suggest you seek professional guidance, but at least have a look on the gov.uk website to this end. You can probably guess the answer. GLA.

It is also being carefully worked lower IMO, if you look at the SP action over the past few weeks at least.

Feels like it needs a flush to clear the stale bulls out, then perhaps we can start to form a bottom.

These slow bleeds test your patience...which is why just buying every dip, come what may, is IMO a bad strategy.

I think 275p will return, sooner or later. Not sure what the definition of 'soon enough' is though :)

My own eventual target price is unchanged, although if I end up getting the chance to add more at some of those lower prices I alluded to in the past, I would look to take at least some off the table, prior to then.

As things stand, with pretty much a book mark holding, it is not really worth it sub 3 quid. Not when I retain sufficient faith in the company to meet the likely challenges of the next few years.

But, the potential opportunity cost also means I am not loading the boat at the current price either. AIMO & GLA.

I have my 197p-ish buy orders in place, but am in no doubt that they could be underwater for a bit.

We need to see a base start to form. At the time of print, the chart is ugly and it is IMO impossible to call the potential bottom right now.
