If I can make a comment bankrupty, Imo everyone is welcome in any investor board, so long as is not offensive to others and doesn't spread false information.
And by the way even non invested people have opinions, the problem is how we see these opinions, from an invested position or point of view.
Is so easy to be biased once we make a decision, I know because I lost thousand of £ for this reason and often I also looked a fool, trying to arguing against those opinions that for one reason or another looked deceiving to my eyes.
Great news today for All, next step is a revised DFS together with more info from MLA that should rerate the sp. Good luck to all holders.

DG1Investor to tell you the truth my opinion started changing a while ago and some of my past posts already mentioned some of my concerns....
But my choice to sell is also because I realised to be too exposed to African lithium projects, been already invested in LLL.
between All and LLL i had more than 50% of my portfolio, a bit too much for one sector and one geographical area.
Possibly the new of Option award has been the last straw for me.

Anyway is not right I post negative sentiments if not invested anymore.

Talking about All sp you can compare it to the like of Kodal and Premier African Mining if you prefer, both African assets and same London exchange...........you will be surprise what you see.
Don't get me wrong please, I am not against AIM stile share grabbing remuneration, is just that time and time again it is unjustified, I will remain of this opinion even if tomorrow All sp will shote to £1 for no reasons.
Its a shame because Ewoyaa is a great project and could be exploited already this year, possibly with little permitting by selling DSO at $1000/t, while they wait for Piedmont or a proper mining license.
Beside quick DSO sales...another trend occurring for many developer out there is increasing project capex costs.

I am sorry but All sp is now at same price of 2017.....where is the shareholder value creation?
Its funny how most of us here are complaining days on end that All is way undervalued, but are happy for the directors to award shares for themselves because apparently the company is doing well.
Yes sure the potential is there, but if the Directors are at best complacent.....the potential will remain a dream......
Apparently the current trend in the lithium space is cashing in by selling DSO, many explorers are doing so more and more, demand is there.
Meanwhile All directors are stuck with a deal with Piedmont far away in the horizon and awaiting for the Ghanian government to take a look at the Mining License Application.

And by the way a striking price at 60p doesn't show confidence in the business but actually the opposite......

If any criticism has to be made, one could wonder why the Options date held by the Estate of the late Mr Mascolo,
was revised to 18th Aug. 2023, they are at 40p and 50p, not a huge amount though....

Also on the license front imo there is lack of information. I understand that mostly it depends from the Ghana gov. and how quick they are to grant the license, but the wording as from this quarterly reports are a bit too cryptic...

intresting....there you are another gold explorer turning to lithium.
In my research I have come across many gold miners/explores using old and new exploration data, to look also for lithium, and why not considering the price it reached and the strong future demand trend...
I had a quick look on African Gold, at first glance it looks more a very promising gold exploration company rather than lithium potential explorer.
The gold grades they found are fantastic and at some AUD 12million market cap it looks cheap for a long term gold maiden resource milestone. They seem to have many license/project but unfortunately very little cash at bank, some 2/3 millions?
So progress will be slow.

I am not so sure if grades of Li(ppm) 11.3 warrant any excitement , but again lithium is a tricky mineral where sometime there is lotas of chip samples high grade on surface and very little below ground, and some time is the opposite.
Again lithium potential will need proper investigation with some drilling, but been focused on gold and having limited cash could mean having to wait a very long time before any news.
I have spent only 10/15 minute researching African gold hence pl take what I write with a pinch of salt...
A similar situation is occurring in Canada right now with Patriot Battery Metals finding very high grade lithium in Quebec,
around their licenses there are 2/3 other junior explorer that may have great potential for sp growth, like LONE, AZM and ITKO all Canadian comp.
Is funny to see companies like Patriot Battery Metals which is still many years away from any Lithium production and without any maiden resource declaration, been valued double of Atlantic Lithium.
Is only a matter of time before All will valuation will be shown in its sp.
What an opportunity to invest in All now, when it could be making more than current market cap in net profit every year from 2024.......

I can see also the whole situation of Ricca not been quoted but still functioning as if it was, a bit frustrating if not ambiguous. Decision are made and shareholder don't have a choice to buy or sell, but hey if shares are for free I suppose its all good...
So many small Lithium expl company out there, have mushroomed out in the dozens, lots of them spinning out from ex-gold mine hoping to use old gold exploration data to find the wite gold...Is becoming a bit a mine field similar to the internet .com boom.
At current valuation and with a revised upward DFS, ALL is one of the best is not the best proposition out there.
Will be buying on any retrace if that is going to happen ....

A word of advise on Ricca though, it occur to me that tis spin of is for gold exp/dev. Now in the mix of thigs there is also the financing of FRG, the fact that Ricca Li tenement are still to be granted for exploration (if I remember correctly) and finally that Ricca still need to be floated on stock market, and nobody knows at what valuation.
Hence if I was invested in Ricca I wouldn't put too many hopes on Ricca and for that matter FRG share price to appreciate significantly in the short term. And in Lithium exploration/development short terms mean years....
Its a tricky space lithium space, from my experience given the timing for development and randomness and difficulty to identify a good commercial high grade deposit, once a company manage to reach a JORC maiden resource, it has already achieved a huge amount of work done toward production and valuation.
Enters All and the likes...companies at striking distance to monetising assets and with no difficulties to find finance, this is a fantastic situation.
On DSO as I posted before I note the discrepancy between the $85/t price as from PFS and the actual current market. It does look like the earlier sale of DSO is a developing trend, LLL is planning to do the same and I think ALL should consider it as well....
I suppose what I am trying to say is that the difference and journey from finding a chip sample containing lithium and achieving a maiden JORC resource is huge and lengthily, and the market is quite brutal if initial results from first drilling don't match expectation.

note All is also following general wide Lithium shares sentiments on the up.
GS shenanigans with bearish stance on Lithium of late, has died down....and while Lithium carbonate price as settled lower at 50k/t, 6% spodumene is ever on the rising.
Maybe the market is starting to price in All market cap, future increase in Reserve announcement (which is of material value) and also increasing Spod. price?!

Great news....also imv there is a slight divergency on battery grade lithium and 6% Spodumene, in the sense that soon there will be more capacity for battery grade Li production, than Spodumene production available.
The aggressive Chinese capital investment in the upstream Lithium production is testament of this....
Never before have a world class resource/reserve asset of lithium as been so important and valuable.
Nothing wrong in keeping exploring while developing, one day my LLL and All share (some of the best asset out there) will shine.

A bit weary of KOD. On the card it seemed a good deal but with minority of 49%, less the shares the Chinese will buy in which atm is another 20% of KOD market cap, less the Mali gov share, there will be a tine fraction for shareholders...
Moreover I think the Chinese plans here is to buy out Kod soon or later....Full production ramp up is still years away and I wonder where will Kod find working capital for one year full production?
Note that Chinese financing is only for capex and exploration in lithium and gold....

Is frustrating to be valued so low compared to the huge potential of Ewoyaa Lithium Project.

I have just come across this company and I can see the potential for investment, if anything from a technical low entry sp.
I just wonder please if anyone can briefly answer some of my questions, or point me in the right direction on where to find the info.
The company claim to be the one of the first in the THC cannabis production space, but I am wondering if all the other producers of CBD cannabis could not convert quickly into THC production...as well.
Moreover considering that the European legislation on cannabis is so fragmented I wonder how reliable are the company market growth numbers, for example it seems that for the Italian market only the army, is allowed to grow cannabis for medical use (I know is crazy...)
The company claim to have a Off Thake agreement for the German market, did anyone saw the document, for how much quantity, or any RNS from the company?
And finally anyone on how much it cost a Kg. of grass? I remember in my days 1 gram was going for today 10 euros but this is 20 years ago ....lol

Yes for sure funding is not an issue.....even though would be nice for the BoD to use Piedmont funding first to advance project and maybe get mining license, before issuing some more shares (my preferred option) at much higher price than today... some time mid of 2023.
Also imo is unlikely that Dgr is playing trading with sp at these ranges...this is the general market perception of current ALLA valuation, but crucially a valuation very much intangible and with many moving parts.
I am not implying for a second that mining license will be difficult to obtain, or there will be issues.
And I like to thing that even ever so slowly, US and the Biden administration, will eventually permit and fund lithium projects, possibly something happening Q2/23.
I was reading that due to bureaucracy and administrative/political time table, mid 23 is when to expect something happening on the funding/financial front, from US administration.
Good thing to know Piedmont is already in the short list to receive more financing....
Possibly the most important event for ALL is the mining license and that may take some time, on this front have to say the BoD have been a bit slow moving......they should/could have apply for it much earlier.
Given the circumstances I suppose All sp will move along with Lithium price and trend of the moment...
A calculated bet on All is to assume in 1 to 2 years time the EV trend been still pushing strongly (considering all the capital commitment from battery and car maker and including many Governments) and take next few month opportunity to accumulate on the cheap.
