but even in the case of Standard Lithium, BO did go unpunished and although I consider my self lucky having bought a lower price, even if sound hypocritical....this shouldn't happen.
I too have no problem with shorting but for company making financial gain out of false allegation and in the process robbing other naïve investors from their hard earned cash, that is simply not fair.
Have to say All should definitely take legal actions against BO.

Good to know that once ALL sp will be overvalued, there will always be someone ready to buy in.

I wanted to say that too, but have said too many things already on here and couldn't be bothered.
If there was any wrong doing, it was done by someone affiliated to the current Gov. opposition and by the way not even the General Mosquito (lol) himself the his son......

More over the license in question is not ALL Ewoyaa project, only on this ground I still can't believe that yesterday ALL share price almost halved?
So many contradiction in ORCA statement and also as mentioned so strange that they short PLL on these grounds...Hmmmm it smells funny to me, there must be something more here.

If this is your thinking, me I say you shouldn't be invested in any share at all, never mind Africa...
Look at what happened to North Sea upstream oil explorers since the introduction of EPL Tax levy? many share prices halved after that decision...and this is UK not Africa.
Hence I would rather stick to the facts.
Here we have Orca saying that ALL has done something illegal (Orca sources and allegation till it has been proved in a Court, have zero credibility and value)
On the other side you have the Ghana Gov. fund and the company All reaffirming that licenses are legal.
I understand there is freedom of speech these, I shouldn't even be here saying these things because thanks to ORCA I have managed to buy All shares on the cheap....but please lets not stretch this story with political election fantasies, etc...

The psychology of investors says that today so far ALL sp is up 30% on more volumes that yesterday.
Once the noise settle there will be more buyers than sellers and the sp will catch up accordingly.
I am expecting more news out from Ghana, ALL and possibly Piedmont on this matter, to dismantle these allegation....share price will react accordingly.
Any more news from ORCA will sound like a broken record, what is left is only the investors board text from some shorter trying desperately to make few hundred £.

Have to say a bit bewildered by HBR results.
For start by booking all profit for tax provisions, is impossible to asses any meaningful valuation to HBR current operations.
Yes it may have been a veiled message to the UK Gov. tax policies but why? EPL tax have been decided already, is not by sending theses sort of accounting messages, that the UK Gov. will reverse its actions...
At the same time HBR brings on a new share buy back scheme, are they forecasting lower sp opportunity buy back?
Probably. Will they be able to be debit free by 2023?

And today company announcement.
All share would not be tradeable and reinstated if the company feels that there was something wrong....
In due course there could be a legal action against Blue Orca
Whatever it happens is that right now ALL share price is an opportunity in a life time
and some here are short and trying to scare you to sell or not to buy, because they gambled on the share price to go down

Not a lawyer but I suppose one should go all the lent and expenses to prove with facts that ORCA claims are false.
This is virtually and practicably impossible. This is why they can get away with these defamation for short terms gains..
These days fake news happens everywhere, it has become accepted by society and complacent politicians, with the event and use of social medias...

ORCA said they where shorting PLL not Atlantic. (good luck with that ) And it still needs to be verified if true or not....
As mentioned before I find it strange that ORCA set up a smear campaign on ALL to short PLL, it would never work because PLL damage if all turns out to be true, would be a loos of $70 millions for $1 billion market cap company....too irrelevant to be shorted. imo

Yes in view of current events.....some may have gambled by opening short position via their IG account, trying to make few hundred £.......good luck to them.
hope there where more shorting....need to buy more ALL at cheap price.

Happened the same to me few days ago a phone call costed me more than 1k...
Yesterday have averaged down starting from 32p down to 22p
32P was my support level so bough in when saw sp coming down, but couldn't find the reason why. If I knew in good time why sp was coming down would have waited for great lower entry. Problem is it was difficult to get a low price yesterday, I suppose the trick was once got a low entry price like 22p to load up as much as possible, but by then I had almost run out of cash. Also don't want to be overbalanced on one share with my investments.
Hopefully sp should recover beyond previous levels as things like licensing and all that my bee speeding up..... get bready to read some of my ramping post on ALL now....lol
