SP Analyses no ramping no deramping15 Oct 2020 00:26
Hi all, it occur to me that 1.5 years ago this share was hovering on the 60/70p level.
Back then expansion and increased production work done till now was obviously 1.5 years behind, but in contrast Vanadium price had raised all the way to almost $30 compared to the current $5.30.
So I can't understand why some people on this board are wasting huge amount of time ramping or deramping this company on the bases of capital needed to increase production or future share issuing , as opposite to future sp projection if this happen or that happen....
Forget about what should happen or what will happen if...Let talk about now what this company is doing and what is a reasonable forecast about the market on vanadium price, including investors sentiment going forward.
Ofcourse to make some production improvement we need money by issuing shares or taking more debit, I never heard that is possible to increase production seven times for free...But I am wondering is this what we investors should be worry about? If is true that the market is super efficient in assessing share prices, then whatever money may be needed to complete those production rump up are or are not reflected yet on the sp ....so what?
I rather focus on what FAR share price will be once production will increase 7 times, when by then also Covid19 hopefully will be more under control for Vanadium prices to rebound higher.
What is important is the potential of this company and the will of the BoD to exploit it. Covid 19 as been a pain for everyone and every company, Imagine the problem that a mining company might have had in the middle of nowhere in Kazakhstan during lock down, trying to expand production with new equipment orders and deployment....I believe the future for this company is bright and is going places, the potential is there and with vanadium prices depresses due in part to covid19, it seem to me a good moment to buy in .....surely better that when this was at 70p....Anyway Dyor
