Just to clarify, I haven’t heard anything, hence my silence. Tried contacting the co a few times, no luck. I don’t think this is necessarily bad news, it just means there isn’t anything definite to say YET. I see some new characters trying to influence sentiment and create fear. The beauty of it: it’s suspended so sentiment is irrelevant, so they can carry on preying on doubts. Please read their posting histories before giving them any attention. So why would someone try and create fear? Because they don’t hold here. Hilarious. The facts haven’t changed. This was and remains a complex transaction with a lot of moving parts: TSX and LSE exchanges regulatory hurdles, two time zones, new prospectus, fund raising, two or more exploration programmes (Minto foot print) and regional, routine running of the mine and mill which we are doing jointly with Capstone, mine and mill phase 6 changes which Yukon govt has approved...I haven’t any doubt they are looking at various options. This is not a team that will sit on the sidelines. Some of those options may actually benefit us, ex less dilution, at the cost of shelving the exploration a bit for ex. Just my two pence. Folks may recollect our calculations 12-18 months ago, on what a tonne of rock was worth, and gold being 1:1. NM had commented that as we went deeper, gold doubled vs Cu. That is now evident in today’s assays. Copper will still be the main economic metal which attracts funding whilst gold secures investor attention as Rick Rule has stated (as a general rule for projects), imho. DYOR. Good luck all

Of the big 4 who formed the potential £2.6b collaboration in 2013, CVU quit, and I think Ringway Jacobs took up some of this work and staff. Tuju: Nuclear energy sentiment has returned for sure; Japanese reopening their reactors, China, India etc planning huge numbers. Wind is a competitor here in the UK..but unpredictable, so again nuclear will be in the mix. Germany has reduced reliance on nuclear towards wind. If anything, the disasters will have drawn attention to further safety, thereby encouraging uptake for most countries. Imho only

Saudis are thinking ahead. They are planning massive nuclear reactors for their energy needs, and they have done the maths. If they sell the oil and gas they would have used themselves, the differential pays the cost of building the reactors.

Just to clarify, I was merely pointing out the new nominal value. The days of quarterly dilutions to keep lights on, are gone. This is a new co. Fundamentals are transforming. Geocurve is evidently doing well. The next financial update (H1 18) will confirm that, within weeks imho. I don’t see why we should keep doubting what NB stated unequivocally in interview: no dilutions unless adding definite value. He has a track record one can examine. Fear is irrational, it’s stronger than greed and from what little I have observed, MMs are experts at harvesting the fruit. Just my two pence. Please DYOR, follow the facts, make your own decisions. Nominal value was 0.01p. After cons, that’s 0.2p. I don’t see any confusion?

Callit: I actually took away the message that raising was not required for 12 months from the date of the statement ie June 2018. So I don’t have any doubt or fear of a raising unless it adds value. That means new acquisitions of similar co in this sector or cutting edge software forVR for ex, developing gyrometric further etc. This is just my interpretation. For me, it’s simply a matter of time to develop this business. Hold patiently for rewards. People need to do their own reading, and listen to their convictions. Good luck all

Fully agree Optimist. The market is always cautious and never forgets history. This is essentially a new co, with the “functional” geocurve business retained. So good things ahead. Raising £1m at circa 1p would require 100m shares, diluting existing holders by a third, including the directors who hold nearly 33% between themselves. So my conclusion is they wouldn’t raise at this ridiculous price. News of contract/s, rerate, then a possible raise for growth/acquisition. Imho. Please DYOR.

No worries Levi. Hard earned money invested, of course it creates stress and anxieties. There’s so many regulatory hurdles here, that delays don’t surprise me. That said, giving time lines always creates expectations so maybe be more conservative with timelines, fully agree. Let’s see what happens. Relisting is just the start imho.

Italian: I think there are Atleast 2 (?3) underground BC mines feasible at Alpala (never mind the rest of Cascabel). The overall costs will drop as they use the same mill/associated facilities. Life of mine: I think Cascabel will be mined beyond all our lifetimes. Tonnage is building up and even if eventually just 3-4b (economically feasible for extraction ie reserves) mineralised Tonnage is considered, at 30-40mtpa, that’s many many decades production. Solgold has estimated the total target as 10-15bt ore. Just my two pence. I m happy to wait here. I noticed a post by another investor stating solg has been going for 12 years. Bit unfair given they got Cascabel in April 2012. Solomon Islands was an abandoned project, and I m not convinced it was just bad/unpredictable geology, I think it was regulatory hurdles and local resistance too. Mark of a good team: dropping a road blocked project and moving on. They survived one of the worst downturns in commodities. Remarkably they picked up without going bust and got funding to reach this far. If an investor has endured for years, the rest is worth waiting for, it’s the climax. Imho, happy to be corrected. I m amused that the discussion always returns to the glass half empty scenario. Missed dead lines and dates, low price of last raising etc etc. So what’s changed if the raise closes a week or two here and there? The asset acquisition money is in the bag imho. 30m from the Japanese for the copper conc, and some from the raise. This is starting from a mcap of <4m with superb upside, subject to investors being patient, copper market being favourable. We are near the finish line and whether it’s july or August is irrelevant in the grand scheme. We are now producing circa 25-30m worth of conc every quarter, for which a sterling buyer has committed. And some of the efficiencies have been made already. Our patience over 12m+ will fetch significant gains. Imho. Please DYOR.
