Market informed unequivocally in June that NO raising or dilution for 12 months, unless value adding ie acquisition/business threads. Cutting edge survey equipment purchased: P2U, Pegasus backpack, flyability Elios. Focus is success. Renewed focus of business on just two threads: geocurve and gyrometric. Geocurve developing cutting edge VR surveying, gyrometric which has successfully demonstrated its usefulness in wind turbines in an ORE centre trial. (Marine use established). All above since Dec ie barely 6-7 months. This was doomed to bankruptcy without this intervention. A business turn around takes time. Meanwhile we have choices: read up on sector/developments, on Bod members and potential scale of ambition here, or sit and wallow over the past. Just my opinions here. Please DYOR. Good luck all

Infact I can’t think of any other LSE listed explorer/producer with a strategic partnership with a major Japanese trading house (apart from the DGR horse IRR: which has Sumitomo. I think IRR is different anyways because the stake is very near controlling 30% level). One can dream that a multiasset Yukon based copper producer is being built, on the back of a that “Rolls Royce” mill. And one day the Japanese may offer a nice clean cheque for the whole thing. Takes years of patience. Happy to be corrected....

Forget the small number of holders who got in at 1.5/2/3 p average. The majority of holders going forwards will be those getting at 5p (old money). I simply ask myself, why would institutions and seasoned investors in North America/UK invest? Unless they knew there was huge value discrepancy and much higher gains ahead? So far I haven’t seen any official info suggesting retail investors can get in, i m happy to be corrected, as PIs too should be offered a piece where possible. Only a fool would sell on relisting having bought these at 2/3/3.5p, and having waited patiently for over a year. Majority of shares will end up in safe patient hands. The upside has barely begun. Infill and step out drilling programmes of 5m each, exciting new exploration mentioned regionally. AISC dropping as efficiency looked at. Focus on sulfides which give higher recoveries. A strategic partnership with a MAJOR JAPANESE trading house!! The five trading houses of Japan had $48 billion in CASH at end of 2017. Would they have looked under the hood? Why would they link up with a tiddler? What’s not to like, touchwood if it goes to plan? Just my two pence opinions. Please DYOR. Good luck all

Hi Italian, good to see you here. In summary yes, I believe this is a good share to buy into, and the entry price too is below my average here. (If you are able to buy that is). I have a large holding here (comparable to my solg and pere holdings), so my opinions are obviously at risk of bias. Completely new BOD, skin in game, exciting sector (not just drones, but surveying going hi tech, and of course gyrometric) BOD has a history of turning languishing businesses around, so the hope is they succeed here. As a starting point, if you haven’t, please watch the video interview of Nigel Burton, done few weeks ago; visit the new Geocurve website; visit gyrometric systems. Maybe re-visit some posts here (mine included over few weeks) which give a flavour of potential, news so far etc. Nigel is head of Nu oil&gas which did a blistering 1446% between July 16-July 17, the best performing AIM share. This sentence indicates that Gyrometric is working on fitting its monitoring device/s to both new AND existing turbines. We know from previous interviews that the equipment was ideally fitted on new turbines, at point of manufacture. This opens the possibility of retro-fitting to existing turbines. Massive change in potential. I think manufacturers/wind farm operators would choose to trial this kit on existing turbines, where outcomes/benefits can be viewed quickly, rather than new turbines operational years from now. The new Geocurve website mentions Aggregate industries, Jacobs, Team2100, Barhale, EDF (Hinckley), Essex water, @one, Aviva and EA as clients. Mentioning Jacobs separately from Team2100 is significant imo because the Thames contract is with Team2100, not Jacobs (from what I understand). Secondly they tweeted AECOM as a “client”. That’s unambiguous, it indicates a new thread of business. I haven’t a clue where aggregate industries comes in, but haven’t seen any old work with them. Jezebel: I feel your post is factually incorrect. True, the days of aero and geocurve being identified as mere drone operators, are gone. Thank God for that, as it’s not really a differentiator. We are now a specialist surveying and data analytics company. VR, AR (immersive tech) as applied to surveying, and AI as applied to gyrometric. But UAVs are very much still around. https://www.geocurve.co.uk/services/uav-survey UAV surveying remains one important aspect of geocurve. They pioneered the use of UAV kit for surveying Atleast in the UK, vast flying experience and skill in this area, which will be leveraged. And going by the kit they just purchased (Elios UAV), underwater and confined area surveying too is on the cards. LinkedIn page of Gary Nel: “We are a team of 8 engineers, 3 data analysts, 6 UAV pilots, 1 pilot, 4 boat operators and a chartered engineer.” DYOR. Good luck all

Oh yes Tiger, well spotted. We expect the market to react instantly to good and bad news, and accurately reflect true underlying value in market cap. :-)

Chaz: no idea. I know they will have some cash plus $30m cash advance if needed. No financial pressure to dilute further. And quarterly they continue to produce circa $30m worth of high quality concentrate for which the buyer is found. And they have numerous value add initiatives already in motion: drilling to improve the resource plus reserves, extend mine life (Atleast double initially ie 4–>8 years). The lease on property was renewed with SFN in 2016 for a further ten years, so the plan is to stay for decades imo. Good plans to reduce the expenditure/AISC/streamline the mill etc. Hints at improving mill output tonnage previously.... 90m shares in total (not fully diluted, as warrants exist), at 50p gives £45m mcap. All in all, I think the above potential deserves a premium to the 50p bench mark. Also they have hinted they MAY raise more cash than needed. Exploration regionally, it’s a 41km by 15km strike: massive area. These guys are eyeing up further opportunities and I would not be surprised if another deal surfaced in say 6 or 12 months once the dust settles here. But then my view is biased, as I m heavily invested. So what that potential upside is, I haven’t a clue. I m happy to dream it will be 2/3/4 £s. Patience needed. Imho. DYOR. Good luck all

Swizz, could be wrong, but this seems to be for a completely different sector. Off topic, have you seen a co called “seeing machines”? Cutting edge tech. It was a co I identified as having huge potential, but no cash at that point (was 3-4p range).

Reading the CPR, I was surprised to note they signed the letter of intent with capstone in Nov 2017, 2.5 months before letting market know. The CPR was commissioned the same month. This is like a well planned and so far well executed mission touchwood. Thoroughly professional team. They have made numerous visits to Yukon over months. It appears they have got plans ready for aggressive infill and step out drilling, $5m program each. So if historic pattern of spending 1 cent/lb Cu discovery (see presentation slides) is extrapolated: spending $10m should create 1b lb additional (resource+reserve) ore material. Or about 454,000 Tonnes copper. If peer valuation average is 15cents per lb total resource copper, then additional 1b of resource improves EV by $150m! So in summary by spending $10m, they could improve EV by fifteen fold of that spend. Additional regional exploration programs already underway, managed by a regional geo+academic Kovacs. All in all, looking very positive here for a rerate over next 3-12 months, after months and months of waiting. Pipeline of news ready. Note the intention to keep headroom to raise more money than this transaction needs. (In terms of new share issue) Patience pays. All above just opinions/interpretations. Happy to be corrected. DYOR.
