“Sales of marine drive monitoring systems continued to expand during the year. The order for the 60th system was taken and commitments for 2018 indicate a continuing acceleration. Feedback from sales agents has confirmed a market opportunity for monitoring additional engine and drive parameters that will broaden the marine market for Gyrometric. A contract was signed during the year for the installation of a comprehensive monitoring system on a 7 Megawatt wind turbine nacelle at the ORE Catapult test facility in Blyth, Northumberland. The new system, the first for Gyrometric in wind turbines, incorporates world-leading technology for monitoring bearing run out. This technology has particular advantages in wind turbines because of its inherent effectiveness at low turning speeds. The trials will enable Gyrometric to build a comprehensive picture of turbine behaviour from its offices in Nottingham. The wind turbine monitoring market is the next major sales objective of the company. A development program has commenced with the objective of building the next generation of robust monitoring hardware which will have increased numbers of input channels and enhanced communications facilities at lower unit cost. Software development during the year was assisted by an increase in the programming establishment, with an emphasis placed on security of the system. Improvements were also made to the set-up functions to make installation easier, and work was carried out on the output graphics in order to enhance clarity and ease of use for end users. Gyrometric continues to enhance its intellectual property portfolio by preparing a number of patent applications to enhance the current rotating shaft monitoring capabilities, including a new method for high accuracy axial displacement monitoring. NB has stated bar acquisitions no cash needed for 12 months. If you look at 2017 profit at 88.6% gross and still losing big. So costs just to run AERO last year 2.55 million in a short few months that has been reduced to a year run rate at £550k via NB interview to cover at least 12 months. What this means is if rev is the same this year we are set to break even and anymore big contracts this year a profit "very significant pipeline" The day pre and post consol nothing changes bar big instis and HNW will look at this harder as it wont be a 6 billion share dog but a slick 300 mill share with a bod with £600 grand in and a huge pipeline at 88.6%. Note Aecom are in 150 countries have £15 bill revenue and will provide no end of contracts soon. We presented all our tech in their head office on 7th on 10th Aecom tweeting abt runway 3. Next national infrastructure project this goes 10 mill cap imo. TB NB take zero wages and have one aim to M bag this and make a packet. That’s a good observation Levi. Pere is currently producing, hence hedged to copper pricing, and therefore less dependent on mere investor sentiment imho. When it returns from suspension, and clarifies production numbers, revenue projection, future plans etc, then the market gets the opportunity to value it, hopefully fairly. In that sense, my optimism is less about sentiment, more based on the potential underlying value. 15b Tonnes in measured+indicated category at 1.5% Cu is circa $1.5 b value copper. These are facts. And that’s at current prices, before any drilling to expand the resource, reserves. Just my humble perspective. Caution is always good, until the eggs hatch. Dyor. Good luck all

DG: there are plenty of commentators who note that sp of good companies has come unhinged from the fundamentals. This is because sentiment (of fear) is rife, and most are expecting a correction after the 7-8 year bull run, being advised to stay in cash. Good fundamentals news isn’t moving sp anywhere, as much as it would have in the good times. The same commentators state that when the sentiment reverses, all the upside from sound fundamentals will catch up, and almost always very quickly ie a correction upwards here imho. The manipulation in day to day sp (which I believe is happening here) and the constant (attempt) to bring back focus to this stagnant/dropping sp (rather than the progress in project/s) serves to keep that sentiment negative: intention being to influence PIs to sell out. “Institutionalise the register” remember? Reading the comments inevitably makes one absorb some of that negative perspective (same as reading positive posts can skew ones expectations asymmetrically upwards) People always think in herds, so as the herd has gone, it will return back. Meanwhile ample opportunities to research the co, and make decisions. My solution is to choose whose posts I read, my prerogative. It’s similar to choosing who you converse with, in real life. I have topped up even after 50-60% down in stocks. Here I topped from 3-41p, whole range. If you saw value at 45p, then it’s a bargain at 25p. Question is does that investor have the balls to follow his/her conviction? This is just my humble opinion. It doesn’t matter whether it influences someone or not. Could be completely wrong. Everyone has to DYOR. No short cuts. Good luck all

DG: most LTH are still around, holding patiently. The comments posted here make no difference. Genuine investors will take their time to read, do their own diligence and weigh up the potential here using their own judgement. Buy, sell, hold whatever. The drills are turning, assays being analysed, value being created, new blocks are moving into inferred resource and from inferred to indicated. Studies are underway. Individual teams are prospecting the remaining tenements. The sp standing still does not equate to a lack of progress. This is the most promising explorer co in Ecuador. This juggernaut cannot be stopped. Patience is all that is required. Simple. Imho. DYOR always. Good luck all

Callit: I thought that too. Intriguing comment. If one was speculating, they might think there’s another co out there which is interested in strat? A merger of some sort? Or institutional investors? The chunky buys today for ex. The comment of “getting this accounts statement out of the way”, drawing a line underneath the past; “very strong pipeline” uttered three times; could it signify a news flow rich period coming? NB said they were excited about the opportunities to grow organically, and consolidate the sector....Just speculations at moment. Please DYOR. Good luck all

Hi NMH :-) I was interested in your rationale. Here, there have been spikes on a few occasions recently, with no real news following. P&D? Who knows. These bbs are treacherous and one shouldn’t believe anything they read, without due diligence. Some even believe that AIM is mainly for trading, not “investing”. Anyways, the objective is to make money, hope we all do here. Some are slightly more deviant morally in achieving this, than others lol. Multiple alias, disruptive posting, falsehoods etc. Everyone is free to post as they please. The solution is to be unaffected and just trust ones own diligence imho. Understanding ones own psychology and behaviour in trading/investing is an important first step in my humble opinion. Here, the prospects are looking good. Cleaned up business, 550k cash to run costs beyond 12 months, NBs integrity and sense of purpose shines through in that interview. Of course every director talks up his co, but it was measured and rational. Gyrometric is being helped to commercialise its products/tech. Geocurve is busy too. Hints at further organic growth via ?
