When they raised the £6.5M last year that was meant to get them through to at least breakeven on a monthly basis. They are behind with that projection in terms of revenue coming in, but they have also cut costs more than projected as well.

They have enough cash to last until 7th August with no revenue at all in 2025. Which simply isn't the case.

So if you want to do the simple maths, £8M need for the year less £4.8M in the bank means they need to find £3.2M to get to the end of the year. If the Business model hasn't proved itself by then, then they may as well shut-up shop.

Europe revenue is growing & projecting last years growth onto this year would give then about £0.5M in cash. That leaves you with a £2.7M shortfall.

They are getting revenue from America maybe $0.2M so far this year.

Hence a worst case cash need of £2 - 2.5M but no-one is going to give them the cash until after the Programmatic Solution has gone fully live.

2 partner solutions go live in Q2 & there are multiple other things happening that we simply don't know about or have a handle on.

You also have growthfronts next week, newfronts end of April & upfronts early May which is where the big deals are done, get any of them over the line & funding for this year is basically taken care of.

With the Multinational Brands now sitting at the table driving the whole VPP bandwagon the Major content providers will have to comply or lose there ad $ to a competitor. Just look at the ROI's on the ad$ spent through VPP to other methods. Its a no brainer for the Multinational players.

ispot Measurement is the game changer the Multinationals can see the full funnel results inside 48 hours & tweek there VPP campaigns etc accordingly.

Programmatic is the game changer in that it lets them do it at scale & fast.

I've said it before joseywales & I'll say it again I do believe this is a life changing opportunity & they don't come along very often.

If you'd asked that question at the very beginning of January, I would say there were only 2 outcomes - going broke or taking off & it wasn't very clear which was the more likely.

While many viewed the 7th Jan trading update negatively, I actually saw a lot of positive light in it so much so that I felt the chances of total failure had just dropped by 85%.

Mirriad as you can clearly see by the lack of RNS & Reach don't like to keep shareholders informed which makes it very difficult indeed to know exactly what's going on. But we can see in the background the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle coming together.

There have been 2 previous attempts by some on X to pump & dump the shares fairly recently.

This time it does look different, a lot of new names have appeared who seem to be interested in the company with a much longer time horizon than those simply looking for 10% & gone.

So yes it does have a different feel to & growthfronts being next week was going to be a key event anyway.

Programmatic is the thing everyone is waiting for. Once its announced then your in a completely different ballpark, league2 to Premier League in an instant!

Hi BusinessOwner, there's absolutely nothing wrong with owning 1M shares that's roughly 0.1% or 1/1000th of the company. That was my initial target figure I was aiming for when I found Mirriad & wanted to invest (it was around 2.25p back then)

Probably because the potential is just so eye wateringly huge Bestmate, its all about the execution of it all & now it seems the Multinational Brands are the ones driving the train (not Mirriad) & that means the major content providers can't sit on there hands for months on end like they did when having discussions with Mirriad previously.

Its now a case of get on board or we'll simply spend our ad $ with a competitor who will give us what we want!

I forgot to mention to those new here to look out for a new initiative called UniversalAds - all the major content providers are coming together to develop a one button shop offering of there premium content to advertisers to compete against social media & its highly likely that Mirriad are involved in some way with it, we simply don't know how yet!

I'm a newbie really (only been here 10 months) the long terms have suffered a lot more than I have.

Well BENlabs have been around a long time now so if they are super excited to be working with Mirriad I think that kind of says it all from there side of things.

Having Measurement is massive, the issue for the past while has all been around the Programmatic Solution! once that is fully live its a completely different ball game.

I never expected to own 0.5% of the company in my wildest dreams, let alone 1.7% currently & that's only happened due to the mistake they made of moving from Manual to Programmatic before the content providers (or themselves) were ready to do so & the content provider failing to clear the content that would have closed that $20 - 40M deal last year.

That's why it is where it is, otherwise this would be valued in the pence currently.
