I wonder if we'll get to see any holding announcements ?

All my holding is with one broker, they only need all other investors with them to hold 8.1M shares in total & they'll be above the 3% level.

I'm not sure if Flightman's holding is all with the same broker or split up between several ?

And we're also getting very close to those on this BB owning 10% of the company !

Another good find of yours :) sounds a right good opportunity for the 1st collaborative dual PP & VPP approach, but we simply don't know until someone tells us & I guess BENlabs is more likely to be the one doing the telling 1st.

Simms45 had a question on another thread - that hopefully you might answer when you have time.

I'm in a no win situation.

As you know since late January I had intended to buy between 5 & 7.5M shares to take my holding to either 20M or 22.5M - I might actually have gone to 25M shares a nice 2.5% of the company.

None of that happened due to an event that occurred which was totally outside of my control (it is still not resolved & there is zero timescale to when it will be fixed). As yet it hasn't been identified where the issue occurred & which one of at least 3 parties is responsible for the failure.

That failure has had significant implications for me because I wasn't then able to immediately sell the asset & buy the Mirriad stock I wanted to have or have cash to simply live on!

Now those responsible for the failure should be required to provide financial redress to put me in the position I should have been in ie 7.5M shares in Mirriad at 0.20p not to mention selling my 1st first ever parcel around 0.29p of 2 - 2.5M a couple of weeks ago that I never risked doing. However I know from a past experience that somehow or other the appropriate financial redress won't occur - it will be subject to hearsay & all the rest, even although I've made one of the parties involved document what actions I would have taken!

I even asked them to buy the 7.5M shares & hold them to the side until the matter was resolved so that the true effect of events would be fully in the Mirirad share price, not 7.5M (5M net) tied up in an account & not available to the market, They didn't do so, so now it is conjecture as to how much higher the price would have gone 2 weeks ago with 7.5M shares available!

Time is not on my side now, its taken a month for a lucky plan B to happen otherwise I was in a real financial mess & likely having to sell some Mirriad shares just to live off!

If plan B had completed a day earlier I would have got a good chunk of shares around the 0.2p mark, sods law dictated that didn't happen & the price was up 50% when it did come through.

We both know Programmatic could occur any day & it will gap-up on that news. So I had to buy the stock, I also now have the stock to trade & I will finally trade it accordingly with that trading parcel.

So everything now will be factual - regarding sales & buys while trading

The rest I fear will be a long drawn out battle for the appropriate compensation which will run into either the high thousands or more Mirriad shares.

I don't know if either of you were or weren't in WG at the right time today or missed out ? (I wasn't near it)

I have to agree with joseywales on this owning stocks ahead of news/ results news has become a bit of a no no. Good result & it will be up a few % an average result you'll be down that same sort of % & anything remotely disappointing & well there's 10% gone, possibly quite a bit more.

So to me the risks / rewards on that side of things are very biased to the negative side Walketalkie, but each to there own.

Mirriad do it in Music videos for sure.

They keep saying live sport has a cleared content issue & isn't for them currently ( but we kind of think they've changed there mind / position on that slightly since Q3 last year )

If you listen to the whole Webinar, you'll hear why they are avoiding certain areas for now, its all to do with content clearance & Brand reputation.

There is a netflix show in the growthfronts presentation which has over 90 episodes I think 2phevs said, but as I said he's the best to answer your question.

A year ago he had spoken to the company about Measurement (which ispot is now doing) at the time the company said it wasn't needed then did a 180 on it! & now its a key feature of the VPP offering!

Thanks for letting me know Bentley43, I had a feeling you hadn't sold. I know Mirriad can get very frustrating at times, as I'm sure a number of the new arrivals are finding out with regard to news, but Mirriad does give you the chance to be ahead of the curve in terms of what's coming (ie last week's USA News article - again these occur in the afternoon but finding them ahead of market close that day can sometimes be difficult!)

Yes still valued at less than cash, although the gap is closing (we should have about £3.4 - 3.5M in cash currently excluding any revenue that will turn 80% into cash 3 months later). Should be at £2.8M at end of March based on no revenue in the 1st quarter of 2025 (which we know isn't the case).

May I ask did you decide to holding onto your holding or did you sell ? so that I can adjust the major shareholders list.

For the newcomers you also have to look out for Linkedin updates late in the day & they have got later & later, it used to be maybe 13:00 or 14:00 ish now your looking at after 15:00 ....... which might be the precursor to what will come out the next day!

So you need to keep your eyes open, as to where news might be breaking.

The one piece of news when it does eventually come out that will cause the share price to gap-up is the very long awaited official release of the Programmatic Solution.

On the 7th Jan in London at a conference WBD announced there GM VPP campaign !

If you now look at the trades page for Mirriad on a d v f n, you'll see a new logo that only appeared at the very beginning of the year or possibly very end of 2024. You'll notice the "ad" bit is not in bold !

If you view this from 30th Jan 2025 https://www.instagram.com/epitech.officiel/reel/DFcb_XWoZ8f/ right at the end you'll see that exact same logo ! (I was trying to find an old video from late last year that showed a Mirriad logo at TF1 as well, I'm pretty sure it was different to that one)

I'm also sure I've seen somewhere, although I can't remember where yet a Universalads logo where the "ads" also isn't in bold.

Is this all a co-incidence I don't think so, but I'll let you all make-up your own minds.

I suggest listening to it all but at 20:54 mins in you will see slide 9 - there you will get a glimpse of how complex the landscape currently is & what Mirriad has been trying to negotiate its way through. Now tie that in with what Universalads is trying to achieve "the easy button" which is what Mirriad's Programmatic Solution is trying to do for its own Marketplace.

At 24:15 into the webinar you get to see slide 10, the key takeaway from it is the actual sales figure just to put things in context for everyone. Normal ads give the Brand/Multinational on average a $7 increase in sales, whereas TV+VPP increases sales on average by $27.

ispot Measurement campaigns since then seem to indicate the uplift is even more than that. So is it any wonder the Multinationals/Brands are screaming out for VPP opportunities ?

2phevs & Bestmate, I guess that makes total sense, they shut down using it while they had nothing but bad news to bring investors (3 revenue warnings in 5 months) & now that the turnaround has began have decided to start using it again!

2phevs, several things to say !!

New tab on the Mirriad.com website "Inclusive Media" which is basically the Diverse Marketplace stuff from before, but maybe they are starting to prepare for what might come out of the growthfronts conference. The drop down list at the rightside has also changed so they might finally be about to sort out the website. That would tie in with them using X again! finally sorting out Investor communications after I don't know how many emails on the topic!

They still have a heck of a lot of work to do on the website though.

Volvo - have 5 new models out in 2025 (Cars wise never mind Lorries) 1 is for China so that won't matter, 2 are new & the other 2 upgrades to existing models. So i guess they will be spending a lot of ad $ to promote them all & oh one of them is going to be for the USA !
