RE: Major shareholders25 Feb 2025 09:42
Hi Simms45,
Revenue is (or maybe was) sporadic, but that is down to them making a mistake at the start of 2024 & moving things over from the time consuming "Manual" mode to Programmatic before any of the 5 partners who were meant to be using it initially were anywhere near ready. It also turns out Mirriad were no-where near properly Programmatic ready themselves.
That's the door that needs unlocked & once it is then the advertisers can start to buy at scale & often - which is why the 7th Jan update was important because the solution is in Beta testing. We're now 7 weeks on from that, so hopefully the "its live" announcement will come very soon & its a total new ballgame & that's why I think the share price will gap-up on the news.
It was up for sale in 2023, before the microsoft agreement & before 36% of the USA market signed up, but when you look back now, its no wonder no-one wanted it back then. Programmatic & several others parts must have a mess or not much more than in there infancy, Programmatic was meant to generate revenue in early 2024 from 5 partners! The company's invested another what £18M+ since then !
It may get taken over now, personally I hope not, because we the shareholders will only get to see a fraction of its true worth if that happens.
It certainly is going to be an interesting next 3 months & remember everytime you know a campaign etc is run, it lengthen's that cash runway further. But clearly you still don't like the risk / reward possibilities otherwise you'd be buying at this point in time.
