Nimrod - this has more to do with a certain Tangerine Tornado's tariffs than how nimble SMT's management is.

SMT is heavily concentrated in US stocks and those markets have been particularly badly hit recently by all the chaos & uncertainty.

SMT invests long term, so it won't just ditch holdings the moment there's any turbulence. I'm sure they'll be assessing the likely longer term impacts though before readjusting accordingly.

Martinu - you're welcome. I'm pretty sure the figures will be accurate and that presentation won't vary significantly between the US and India.

Sales fluctuate, so what you see one month may not be repeated the next.

Periodically, Amazon may well also change the minimum before it'll display any sales figures. I sell on Amazon myself and they're forever moving the goalposts!

Martinu - I can only see sales shown for one Light Life product on Amazon India.

It’s “Amazon Choice”, so will presumably be their highest seller. Over 100 units sold in past month:

Judging by the SP, it's the latter most shareholders are fast running out of.

We don't yet know what would happen if INC shares remained out of the money this September. Would yet another extension involve even further dilution of the 70:30 split? Could get to the stage where there's nothing left to split!

Presumably Nouri absorbs the cost of any subscription discounts.

Their 26 02 25 press release stated “Additional flavors and national retail launches are forthcoming.” Let’s hope their idea of “forthcoming” isn’t the same as SOH’s!

Assuming a steady 6000 packs sold on Amazon a month (which it won’t be, but best estimate), that’s 72,000 x £2.72 = c. £196,000 annual Opti revenues from Amazon alone via just one sku.

Surely both RNSs are relevant. Incanthera’s decision to issue more shares at 8.5p has a direct negative bearing on IMM’s warrant holding. Short term at least.

I guess IMM decided rather than throw another £75k (roughly 10% of their total INC warrant value at 9.5p a share), they’d settle for a 70:30% “profit” share, should the warrants ever move into the money.

INC was clearly reliant on IMM’s cash, seeing as it’s now had to dilute instead to pay off some of its debt.

Bk2011 - they are. But it would be useful to know Opti’s revenue cut per unit sold.

At current sales rate, without factoring in any growth from increased subscriptions (or fall off from potential post-launch fatigue), this one product would create c. $3m p.a. for Nouri from Amazon alone.

As with most wealthy people, they're in it purely for what they can get out of it. Though I agree most won't be thick enough to have left it 'til now to offload, when they had ample opportunity to do so in the low to mid 20p's.

Long term, if Morepen & Nouri continue to grow, Opti may re-rate upwards.

But it’s not just selling down its SBTX & PBX stakes that’s reduced investor confidence. It’s more SOH’s constant overpromising on sales & profits. And the inordinate time Sweetbiotix is taking to do anything that might add value.
