Perhaps that’s deemed too market-sensitive to reveal in advance. More likely he doesn’t know himself quite yet, so wouldn’t want to say something that might later prove inaccurate.

I was just trying to give Legalwolf & Tiburn my best estimate based on the latest RNS's, as September had been suggested which I consider optimistic.

In reply to Shakeyerbooty - if PSA & plant membrane modules are delivered in August, with compressor units expected soon after, those compressor units obviously aren't going to arrive before September. Otherwise the RNS would have said "with compressor units expected that same month". Soon after August means from September onwards. It can't mean in August!

Legalwolf & Tiburn - Production in September sounds slightly optimistic to me (though possibly by the end of that month).

The RNS states "PSA plant and membrane modules from Texas to Montana on track for delivery in August 2025. Compressor units expected to follow soon after"

So the compressor units aren't going to arrive until beginning of September earliest (otherwise they wouldn't say soon after August).

On-site installation's slated for August 2025, but is subject to delivery of 4" piping from Wyoming.

"Final integration and commissioning of the plant remain contingent on delivery of the helium compressor skid.... First helium production will commence following completion of compressor installation, plant hookup, and regulatory inspection."

That's quite a lot of hoops still to jump through. I know Hex doesn't hang around & it's great that they're cracking on already. But we're still a little way off IMHO. My guess would be production very end of Sept at the earliest. More likely Oct.

Pokerchips - like Jenforluck says, in theory many of your comments are valid.

But there's a problem, namely that Tim repeatedly promised that 2025 was the year of delivery. Not just progress, or more talks about talks, but tangible delivery that would have a major positive impact on the company's value.

True, we're only just over half way through the year. But we were excitedly told there'd be regular newsflow, not to mention the odd left field announcement. Yet so far, nada. Therein lies the problem - along with Tim's dismal track record on delivery, both here and elsewhere.

Panman - I very much doubt we'll be given the details of any one "$ price/mcf" agreement.

That would undermine their negotiations with subsequent buyers. Instead, I suspect we'll eventually be given some sort of average across multiple deals, making it more difficult for partners to "decipher", as the volumes sold would vary in each case.

AAT - agreed, Tim probably isn't an "evil deviant", but I doubt he's feeling undue pressure either.

So long as he's in post, he's doing very nicely thank you, regardless of how IMM fares.

Any limited pressure he may be feeling is entirely self-inflicted anyhow. That's what happens when you repeatedly promise investors way more than you can deliver.

TheBlueShadow - you’re welcome. These sort of takeovers always take time to clear all the regulatory hurdles. But hopefully we’ll get there within the next couple of months or so.

At least then you’d know what you’re buying.

Kaeren - other than Bo being based there, I don’t see any real link between the Texas tragedy & Hex.

So I very much doubt the tone of any RNS’s would be influenced by this.

Any more than a London based company would have considered tempering an announcement around the time of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m certainly not trying to play down the impact of the Texas floods. Just saying I see no real connection.

Ezhik - not sure why you'd expect a red finish today when the RNS was positive (albeit the all-important wire logging & flow test data is yet to come).

I’m sure you’re right that using the last tablets a few weeks after the best before wouldn’t harm.

But I don’t recall anything on the discount code implying it might be short-dated stock, as the discount was site-wide.

I will still be contacting them, as I think at the very least they should be transparent, which this is not.

Maybe_tomorrow - they've already stated "Drilling is expected to take circa 10 - 14 days to complete, following which the Company will move immediately to wire-line logging and flow testing".

So whilst we may get an "RNS to say flow testing has started with approx timing of it", it's not a given, as they've already indicated the process has started.

VikR - ethical, yes. Rewarding & sound financial investment? Errrr, not so sure.

Bk2011 & PizzaGate - sorry to bother you again. Just received the 3 packs of Cholbiome BP. Good news is fast delivery. Less good is the best before date (09/25) on each pack. Given that this is for a 12 week course, that date is no good.

Just wondered when you've ordered this (or a similar product), what shelf life you got?

Either way, I'll be dropping them a line to explain the problem & ask for their resolution.
