J.kemp - can't see for the life of me why IMM couldn't announce a deal whilst the Lanstead sharing agreement remains in place.

Bit like saying you can't sell your house whilst there's a mortgage still on it.

Lanstead are a financier. IMM won't give a stuff how any deal might affect Lanstead's bottom line.

If anything, I'd have thought IMM were MORE likely to try to get a deal over the line before the agreement with Lanstead comes to an end.

A deal would likely boost IMM's SP, thereby generating a much higher November payment from Lanstead.

In any case, based on what happened last time, a placing really wouldn’t be any big deal.

I added a couple of days before the last fundraise and was initially pretty pee’d off when they then promptly did a placing. As it turned out, the SP actually ended up HIGHER at the end of the fundraise day than it started.

I think we can safely conclude Bo knows what he’s doing in this respect and probably has a very slightly better handle on the finances than Hamilton.
