Just reporting what is freely available on the CyanConnode RNS website.

L&T, for instance, have ordered the solutions from CyanConnode. CyanConnode may/will know the end user utility. But for their own reasons, the end user utility possibly do not want it made public, who they are, at this particular time. Or maybe L&T want to keep it confidential from their competitors, who they are working with. When they have possibly fully trialed the meters and solutions, if trials is what they are, then larger orders could possibly be made.

If CyanConnode partners do not enter for a particular tender, for whatever reason, CyanConnode will not be successful with that tender. Neither you, I or anyone else, can change that. It can only be a joint CyanConnode/Partner approach.

What is central to CyanConnodes business model, is generating revenue from CyanConnode Partners, who want CyanConnode solutions, for CyanConnode related tenders.

Your comment about " ........ so far they have not landed one," is hardly true, if you recognize the known contracts, mentioned today.

I do not think " Pilots " were announced for Iran, Bangladesh or Ukraine, before the orders were placed. I do not remember any pilot project being announced before the MPWZ order, on 21st May, 2018.

The order for L&T on the 30th May 2018, did not give a name of the end user utility. Just that it was for " ... a new customer ...... " of L&T. Nor did the European order on 14th June 2018, or the order received from L&T on 23rd July 2018.

No end user utility, have been named in connection with some recent orders.

So the order from L&T, on 23rd July 2018, " .... for 10,000 smart metering units in India," could have gone to one or multiple L&T utility end users, for integration/trial/pilot purposes.

From the 23rd July 2018 RNS, concerning the order from L&T:-

" Through collaboration, our proven technology and L&T's reliable metering equipment is continuing to build momentum, in the Indian smart metering market."

I cannot open the webpage at the minute. It keeps bringing me back to the CyanConnode LSE page. But I will keep trying.

To be honest, as far as Kerala is concerned, it is hard to confirm any timescales, you would think, with the devastating flooding they have had to cope with, in Kerala state.

I was going to post this link a few days ago, from April 2018, but did not. Have a look and see if it is part of the tender you have posted, or something separate.

Harry Berry's last share purchase was during December 2017, not 14 months ago. At the same time as Paul Ratcliff purchased some shares.

I remember that John Cronin mentioned that at the time he thought that Cyan had the " .. potential .... " to become a £200m company. That was his aspiration. Not that it " .. was .." a £200m company.

We will have to wait and see, if John's aspirations have increased, due to the way the smart grid/smart meter/IoT market, is changing/has changed.

As I pointed out, the ruling stipulates a " Close Period can occur, when/if " ...... certain employees may also be prohibited from dealing during other periods, such as when they have price-sensitive information."

If this is the case and it may or may-not be the reason, then I would say that this may be classed as a " Close Period."

We are expecting half-year results, where " ...... the close period is 2 months immediately prior to the release date." And another being, " In addition, certain employees may also be prohibited from dealing during other periods, such as when they have price-sensitive information."

It can also include R&D. But there may be global differences in the way R&D is recognized, as far as the term " Intangible Asset " is concerned.

As share-holders, we were informed during May 2018, in the 2017 Finals Report, that further funding will be required.

A passage from the report:-

" We continue to work on securing additional funding that will be required during 2018, especially as we start to deliver on orders which are expected to require upfront working capital investment. This funding could include one, or a mix of working capital facilities, strategic corporate investments, additional equity funding and licensing deals for our new Omni IoT platform."

In connection with the wording, for the reporting of Half Yearly Results, it states, as you know:-

" All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than three months after the end of the relevant period.

So a period towards the end of September, would be/is deemed to be acceptable.
