Good morning all.

There is some interesting points within the CyanConnode Annual Report and Accounts 2025 Report generally, but some specific highlights on the progress of the CyanConnode Group, throughout FY2025, can be found in the " Group CEO's Report ", one highlight being the confirmation of " With the contracted, outstanding order book increasing to £180 million, the Company now has strong visibility over future revenues and is well positioned to deliver sustained growth."

Other highlights can be found under:- New Orders, Strategic Expansion, AMISP Win in Goa, Contributions to Policy Standardisation, Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership, Engagement with Policymakers, Open Agreement with IntelliSmart and Technology Innovation and Product Leadership.

As well as the achievement of the " AMISP win in Goa " for the CyanConnode Group, the " Open Agreement with IntelliSmart " is worth a second look, I feel.

From the report:-

" Open Agreement with IntelliSmart: CyanConnode has entered into an open agreement with IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited ("IntelliSmart") to deploy smart meters on a pan-India basis. Under this agreement, CyanConnode will provide Consumer Indexing, Meter Installations and Operations & Maintenance services, for IntelliSmart's ongoing and upcoming smart metering projects, across India. This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening CyanConnode's role in the execution and long-term management of Advanced Metering Infrastructure deployments, under RDSS."

The Strategic Framework Agreement with IntelliSmart, was the first step and the Open Agreement with IntelliSmart is the next step forward, I feel, in what has become/is becoming a very successful Partnership.

India Market.

" India's smart electricity landscape, entered a decisive phase in FY25, marked by strong policy backing and growing private sector participation. With over 13 million smart meters installed during the year, the country still has some way to go toward achieving its ambitious target of 250 million meters ( which we understand is likely to increase to 330 million ). As the Government considers extending the RDSS deadline to FY27-28, the focus is now shifting to full-scale execution - integrating systems, enhancing consumer engagement and delivering measurable gains in billing efficiency and loss reduction. While challenges around scale and co-ordination remain, India's power sector is firmly advancing toward a smarter, more resilient grid."

Key highlights in the market:

" Current Progress: As at the end of March 2025, roughly 23.9 million smart meters were installed across India, which is slightly less than 10% of the original 250 million target. Despite lower than expected deployments and therefore revenue during the year, momentum picked up towards the end of FY25, with 13.4 million meters installed in the full financial year. We have seen a significant increase in our shipments of modules, in the first three months of FY26.

" The programme has not yet taken off, in several states. Not a single consumer smart meter has been installed in Karnataka, while Kerala has installed only 805, to date. Bihar and Assam have led in deployments. Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, are among the better performing states. Haryana, Maharashtra and Gujarat, have seen moderate progress."

As we have already been informed, CyanConnode are looking to give a 3 monthly update, from now on, to keep share-holders more updated with the installation of projects and CyanConnode news in general. This sends an encouraging message of the progress that is expected, with smart meter projects, for the near future.

So as well as an Interim Update and a Full Year Update, we should be looking for further updates during October and March, which should keep share-holders more updated, as some positive news, hopefully unfolds.

Good afternoon tonyj,

It was 2018 when the acquisition actually started. And it was during 2020 that the conclusion of the take-over of L&T Electrical & Automation by Schneider Electric and Temasek, was actually completed. So it did take some time to " dot the i's and cross the t's."

Were do I think that leaves CyanConnode/DigiSmart/GreenMeter - I would say in a holding pattern tonyj, in my opinion, with all the other AMISP's/sub-contractors waiting for the smart meter projects to trickle-down the smart meter pyramid, as I have mentioned before.

Incidentally, CyanConnode did receive an order from Schneider Electric, during August 2021, via a " New Indian Customer ". So that would be after the acquisition of L&T.

" French multi-national energy tech company Schneider Electric, has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 35% stake of Schneider Electric India Private Limited (SEIPL ) from Temasek, in a deal valuing E5.5 billion.

" Under the terms of the all-cash transaction, Schneider Electric will acquire the remaining 35% of SEIPL, from Singapore-based inveastment company, Temasek."

Good afternoon all,

The 2 smart meter projects for MontiCarlo and Partners, in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, have installed during July 2025, a combined total of 1.02m+ smart meters, so another encouraging month's smart meter installations for MonteCarlo and Partners, in those 2 locations.

IntelliSmart and Partners have also installed an encouraging 360k+ smart meters, over 5 smart meter projects during July 2025, according to the report.

So, encouraging news on the installation front, so far. No additions to the Sanctioned or Awarded columns, for July 2025, but still over 100m+ of Awarded smart meters are still to trickle-down through the AMISP's, to be allocated to sub-contractors, for installation.

Good morning all,

Some very good posts, in my opinion, from multibagger and tightfist over the weekend, with some life-experience quotes and observations from multibagger, on Esyasoft and the Romans influence on our railways. Very interesting.

Also, some interesting comments also on both bb, about the 2 large late " Unknown " trades, delt at mid-day, on Thursday, but not recognised until Friday afternoon. Also very interesting.

Looking at the " BUY " order quoted price, that went through on Thursday, they look as though they could both be " BUY " orders. But we will have to wait and see how significant these " Unknown " deals are, as the week progresses, as far as, is any notification from CyanConnode required, when they receive any, appropriate information.

But, interesting times, indeed.

As well as the progress that is being made, in connection with the India Smart Meter Program, there are still projects highlighted by IntelliSmart - under " Ongoing Tenders " - in Delhi x 2, Tamil Nadu and Haryana, for an accumulative total of circa 36.8m smart meters, that are still going through the system.

So, something else to look forward too.

Indonesia is another target, smart meter market, that the CyanConnode Group are interested in, for the future. This report published in June 2025, highlights a project between Indonesia and the UN, in connection with the Indonesia 2025-2034 Electricity Supply Business Plan.
