Yes indeed Vas, the Q1 shipping figure mentioned in the Panmure Liberium report, would be the total figure including the 350,000 already mentioned in the Trading Update, so total value I guestimate at approximately just under £7m, for Q1 2026.

The " ..... delayed ...... " shipments of Omnimesh modules, I would say in part, involved some shipments from the 6.5m Omnimesh order from August 2024, which should have been getting underway towards the end of 2024 or early 2025. There are others that were/are in the system, for various projects, that were/are waiting for delivery to be taken and for the installation to take place. There could be many variables.

I believe the answer to your question can be found, at least to some degree, in the April 2025 Trading Update, about the Omnimesh shipments that were delayed towards the later end of the last Financial Year.

From the April 2025 Trading Update:-

" The Company is seeing positive momentum entering FY26, with approximately 350,000 Omnimesh modules shipped to customers in April 2025, compared to 39,000 modules in April 2024, reflecting the impact of delayed shipments being fulfilled."

I guestimate the " ..... 350,000 Omnimesh modules ...... " delivered during April 2025, to be approximately £4.2m, as set against the " ...... 39,000 in April 2024 ....... ", being guestimated at £468k. Roughly £12 per module. This is my figure and the one I use at the moment.

But there may be discounts to be negotiated and considered, as the smart meter programme progresses. The price per meter for the Goa project, works out overall, at approximately £90+ per meter. But then again CyanConnode/DigiSmart have more responsibility and more to pay out.

We should get some additional information on the " ... Omnimesh shipped modules ..... ", up to the end of September 2025, in the anticipated October Update.

I hope this helps Vas and it is only my opinion. But it did start this financial year off, very well indeed.

Good afternoon all,

IntelliSmart and Partners, over 5 of their projects have so far installed approximately 147k smart meters during October 2025, with MonteCarlo and Partners providing nearly 292k smart meters, during the same period. Genus Power and Partners managed approximately 439k smart meters, for 10 of their projects.

There have been other contributions for smart meter installations, from various other Companies that have contributed to the overall installation figure so far, of approximately 43.7m.

CyanConnode/DigiSmart, as we know, is at the preliminary stage of the Goa smart meter project, so news will be included as the project progresses.

As we are aware, the CyanConnode/DigiSmart smart meter project is being carried out in phases, with the Government offices in Goa scheduled for the First Phase. The " First batch of smart meters to arrive this month " is highlighted in the Goan report.

It looks as though the Goa project is " .... under starters orders .....".

...... appear in the documents that Vas kindly provided concerning AVVNL. There were six smart meter projects listed, with various Lead Bidders/AMISP's and as Vas pointed out yesterday, CyanConnode have been nominated for 5 projects, as the RF solution provider, sometimes in collaboration with other Partners/Companies.

One of the Meter Manufacturing Partners that CyanConnode are potentially providing the RF solution for, with four opportunities, is HPL. This may go some-way to confirm the inclusion of HPL in the Final Results Presentation FY2025 document, during August 2025.

So interesting times ahead I feel, as I am sure others do to.

Another good find Vas and thank you for sharing, again. I would imagine, with a market potential now of approximately 330m smart electric meters, with the number of Partners that CyanConnode has gained over the years, the potential for Partners at some stage, to become Competitors, was inevitable.

Logistically, the way the Companies inter-mix with each other, is quite remarkable really.

There has been competition between RF providers for a number of years, each trying to position themselves for RF smart meter contracts. Yor post identifies 3 of them and CyanConnode is one of the successful ones.

And it is good to see some of the other Companies that CyanConnode are working with. CyanConnode are engaging with some of the " big-hitters " within the Smart Metering sector and have been for sometime. But it is still good to see some of the Partner achievements that CyanConnode has made, over the years.

Long may it continue.

Thank you for the news update about MPWZ Vas, it is appreciated. You may remember that CyanConnode did a project for MPWZ, early on during the COVID crisis, which must have been very difficult for all concerned. At the time, it was reported that MPWZ had a potential of more than 3 million consumers, so there are still a fare few smart meter numbers to target, for the future.

In my opinion, it looks to me as though the " .... report in 2 months ..... " refers to the first two paragraphs of the Times of India report and the JERC request for information on the tenders commissioned in 2022/2023, that were eventually cancelled. That is what I believe the " .... progress report ...... " is referring to. But if the tenders were cancelled, there cannot be a lot to report, unless I have missed something.

As far as the Goa contract is concerned for CyanConnode/DigiSmart, DigiSmart has officially been recognised on the NSGM schedule, as an AMISP, but as yet there has been no Deployment/Commencement date provided. Although I seem to remember, unofficially, there was a time-frame mentioned of towards the end of this year, in a previous news report.

I suspect there are some preliminary works to be carried out initially, with the Utility and sub-contractors, to set out specifically the Schedule of Works. This may take us towards the end of 2025 or early 2026, before there is any visible movement on the project.

When specifically we will see actual smart meter numbers start to be installed, we will have to wait for verification from CyanConnode/DigiSmart, or wait for them to appear on the NSGM schedule.

I hope this helps tonyj, but only my opinion and also some life experiences.

Genus and Partners have also contributed approximately 950k smart meter installations during September 2025, within 10 projects for the NSGM, while there have also been other contributing Companies to the overall installations programme, in varying degrees.

So, continued progress with smart meter installations during September 2025, while we wait for any potential order confirmations or additional CyanConnode news.
