I commented during July 2025, that I thought that the Open Agreement was a significant progression of CyanConnode's relationship with IntelliSmart. The progression being from the Strategic Framework Agreement, to the Open Agreement.

It did mention in the passage you have posted, that " This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening CyanConnode's role in the execution and long-term management of Advanced Metering Infrastructure deployments under RDSS " - specifically in India.

Expanding a little on that, whether this could include, eventually, the global aspirations of both Company's, we have yet to find out.

...... confirmations that you kindly provided Vas, from August 2024, did not reveal as far as I can see, any individual contract values ( Just an overall value ), any individual contract smart meter numbers or any individual end-users. Which seems like a standard format for announcing orders/contracts, in India, in one form or another.

But the details of the various contracts will surface eventually, I am sure.

Good evening all,

So far during November 2025, Genus and Partners have installed approximately 547k+ smart meters, within 10 of their smart meter projects. Also, HPL Electric and Partners, have installed 14,856 smart meters in their smart meter project in Punjab, with the over total installations coming in at 1,718,001.

This particular smart meter project for HPL Electric and Partners, in Punjab, started during February 2023, with another one in Punjab, already completed.

Good morning all,

5 ongoing smart meter projects that IntelliSmart and Partners are involved with have installed approximately 153k during November 2025, so far.

The EESL/IntelliSmart/Genus smart meter project in Bihar, has installed overall,1,114,822 smart meters so far, out of the total originally Awarded of 1,320,000, leaving approximately 205k left to be installed. The project originally started deployment during January 2019 ( Pre-Covid ).

Good morning all,

MonteCarlo and Partners have increased their smart meter installations in the 2 smart meter projects they are involved with, by approximately 320k during November 2025, with a comparatively smaller smart meter project in Kerala, involving Iskraemeco, being Awarded during October 2025.

Good afternoon Vas and all,

Having looked at the 4 various RNS's between September 2024 and November 2024, concerning Axia, I notice within the September 2024 RNS, that the " ..... notification obligation in respect of Axia's interest has transferred to Doxa Partners LLP ...... ".

On the RNS's from 20th November 2024 to 26th November 2024, it shows on the TR-1 notification that Doxa Partners LLP are the " Notifier " and that Axia Investments Limited, are the " Shareholder ".

I would suggest that the " Investing " webpage is incorrect in showing both Axia and Doxa, as " Shareholders ", with both holding 13.014%. Only Axia Investment Limited, holds 13.014%.

Thank you for posting the Premier Miton information Vas, it was appreciated. And it is good to know that Premier Miton still value CyanConnode as a " .... potential global winner."

A couple of " bullet points " from the report that you posted Vas, that I found of interest:-

- " If anything, these headwinds have been particularly acute for UK-quoted companies and many future global winners have fallen to what we consider to be unreasonable low valuations."

- " Given this on-off effect, we have sought to by some of these potential global winners."

As I understand it, a Trading Statement/Trading Update was delivered on 22nd October, 2025. So I am anticipating a further update on the trading position of the CyanConnode Group, during January 2026, which should update share-holders on the progress/highlights of the CyanConnode Group, over the previous 3 month period.

I also agree. And in relation to the overall missed target for the last Financial Year, John Cronin and the Board were very apologetic at the AGM during August 2025 and realise the communication lapse that occurred, should not be repeated.

I also look forward to any Post Period Highlights and as far as Goa is concerned, the potential Trading Statement due hopefully during January 2026, should give an indication on progress for the CyanConnode/DigiSmart Goa smart meter project. Along with any other India/Global progress that the CyanConnode Group make along the way, between now and then.

There is an interesting insight from Rahul Das, CyanConnode's Global President Sales, when CyanConnode were exhibiting at the Enlit Africa exhibition, during June 2025.

Rahul Das explains the scaling-up possibilities, for the CyanConnode Omnimesh solution globally, from electricity smart meters, through to water and gas smart meters, through to EV Chargers and smart street lighting. Rahul also mentions " ..... India, the UK, Thailand, the UAE and more .... " and indicates that the CyanConnode Solutions are " .... ready for the utilities across South Africa." Also the integration of the In-Meter Gateway gets a mention.

An interesting report, that may be of interest.

Good afternoon all,

A very encouraging and re-assuring " US$5.25 million Convertible Loan Note to Support AMISP Tenders " RNS this morning, from CyanConnode. We will have to wait and see whether this loan is to be used for short-term, mid-term or long-term potential AMISP tenders/contracts. But as the period for the loan repayment is potentially over 5 years, at 7% interest per annum, a number of AMISP tenders are now covered, for the process of tendering.

But very encouraging indeed.

With the RNS news delivered today, the Interim Results due shortly and the anticipation of potential, additional AMISP and OEM smart meter orders, from India in particular and potentially globally, it could be an interesting news period for the CyanConnode Group, on the run up to Christmas and into the New Year.

Let us hope so. But I am confident that news from somewhere, is on the way. Especially with the way the CyanConnode Group has progressed from August 2024 and the 6.5 million Omnimesh order, through to the £70 million AMISP contract and the development of DigiSmart.

The share-price has still got to get a pulse, but the building blocks are being positioned very nicely. In my opinion.
