Just out of interest Vas, have you any idea what " ...... a petition by patent holder Sumotek Innovation Pvt Ltd ..... " is referring too. What " Patent " exactly.

There seems to be some legal objection by Sumotek, which is partially explained and been over-ruled, but the " ..... Patent holder ...... " part is not. Unless I have missed it.

I was using todays exchange rate for $200m and the number of Shares in Issue at the moment, to calculate the potential 42p share price. If we got news tomorrow morning that raised the share price to circa 42p, using the present Shares in Issue structure, that would put CyanConnode in the ball-park of a $200m market cap Company, I believe.

But your valid point about Warrants and Options, is worth remembering for when we know exactly how many there are and when they come into play, so that a different calculation can be carried out.

Thank you for sharing your useful information on the CyanConnode Group. It was very interesting, informative and much appreciated.

The " base case " market cap projection of £240m to £300m and the " bull case " market cap projection of £400m to £525m, over 5 years, looks very appealing indeed. But personally, my initial target is the $200m potential market cap - approximately £148m at todays exchange rate - or approximately 42p per share - that John Cronin I believe, indicated that he thought Cyan Holdings ( as it was known then ) would be worth one day, when he came to the Company.

So personally, the approximate 42p per share is more than achievable and will do very nicely, as a starting point.

With the potential for the CyanConnode Group looking very good, as I see it, with global opportunities coming not only from the UK office, but also from India, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates also.

The CyanConnode Group has been transformed over the years, into a major smart meter/smart energy contributor and long may it continue.

Good morning all,

There are a number of tenders that have been Awarded recently and are at the " LOA Under Process " stage - namely Kerala, Punjab, Haryana ( x2 ), Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

So depending on how long the the LOA takes to process for the individual projects, contract news should be on the way to the L1 winners initially and eventually, to the nominated sub-contractors.

Good afternoon Vas, tonyj and all,

Thank you for sharing the project information on HPL Vas, it is much appreciated.

HPL are indeed on CyanConnode's Smart Meter OEM's list Vas and have been advertised on some " back-drops " at some global exhibitions. HPL also feature on the NSGM smart meter stats all schedule, for 2 contracts in Punjab, one of which looks as though it is complete. The other, Awarded in February 2023 for 2,359,593 smart meters, has only installed 1,614,233 so far, so leaving approximately 745k still to be installed.

Whether the information you have provided is proof that the outstanding smart meters for this project in Punjab, has been allocated to HPL, or whether it is confirmation of a new order for HPL, time will tell. Eventually.

But HPL seem to be playing their cards very close to their chest at this time, as far as information about this particular project is concerned. As sometimes happens, as we know.

I cannot shed anymore light on the project, but very interesting news Vas.

The AGM Presentation document confirms, on the Projects Update page, that the Smart Meter projects Awarded to the CyanConnode Group, have increased substantially, per order, over the last 3 years or so, compared with the previous 4 years.

Between May 2018 and April 2022, CyanConnode orders for 8 projects, had a total project value of £23.8 million. Between December 2022 and March 2025, CyanConnode orders for 9 projects, had a project total value of £120.5 million.

So the order value per order, has increased quite substantially, over the 2 periods highlighted, with the Goa Project at the moment, just coming under " Starters Orders ", as the old saying goes.

The May 2018 to April 2022 installations, should now be complete and fully under the Support & Maintenance Phase of the individual contracts.

So plenty to look forward too, within the much anticipated October 2025 Update.

IntelliSmart and Partners have installed approximately 100k smart meters so far during September 2025, for 5 smart meter projects they are involved with and Genus and Partners installing approximately 440k smart meters for 10 smart meter projects that they are involved with, during the same period.

So steady progression with some smart meter installation projects, during September 2025, along with the confirmation on the NSGM Schedule of DigiSmarts involvement in Goa, with anticipation growing towards the anticipated October Update.

Time will tell eventually, Vas and I agree, that it would be great to get some movement for the CyanConnode Group, on the TANGEDCO/Tamil Nadu smart meter project, either through the AMISP route, or through the System Integrator I route. Either would be acceptable, I am sure.

I seem to remember the original Tamil Nadu smart meter opportunity was for 18 million smart meters, but now we are looking at an increased smart meter opportunity for 30 million. So a sizable increase, this time around.

The overall Awarded section of the latest NSGM report, has increased by 1,201,160 smart meters. This takes into account the recognition of that contract Awarded to DigiSmart, for the Goa smart meter project and also the contract Awarded to Anvil Cables, for a project in Maghalaya.

So, " dotting the i's and crossing the t's " recognition wise, for these particular projects.

The overall smart meter installations have increased to circa 41.2m+, with the number of smart meters installed so far during September 2025, increasing by approximately 1.3m+ during the same period.

MonteCarlo and Partners have increased their smart meter installations, in two projects, by approximately 403k+ so far during September 2025.

So good news installations wise, for many NSGM projects.
