Hello Inthetin,

They would be the " ..... un-audited interim accounts for the six-month period ended December 31st 2019 - by 31st March 2020," which I believe I covered in my own way, in the last paragraph of my 11:10 post.

The other possible date changes I mentioned in my 11:10 post, namely Trading Update/Final Results/AGM, are just adding on 3 months to the 2019 dates already published, for 2020. To allow for the re-alignment/changing of the CyanConnode year end.

There was a " Trading Update " released by CyanConnode, on the 17th January, 2019, which gave an indication of how the 2018 financial year had progressed. Maybe we will receive something similar by mid/late March, 2020, which will indicate how 2019 had progressed towards the actual March 2020 financial year end.

The news-flow from India, I feel, will be influenced by the 2020 Indian Budget and the new Indian financial year, which I believe starts at the beginning of April 2020.

The CyanConnode information release dates for 2019, may be plus 3 months for 2020, because of the new alignment of the CyanConnode financial year.

- Trading Update - January 2019.
- Trading Update - April 2020?

- Final Results - May 2019.
- Final Results - August 2020?

- AGM - June 2019.
- AGM - September 2020?

Whether there will be any other interim statements due to the movement of the CyanConnode financial year, from December 31st to March 31st, or any other related news, is yet to be seen.

No one person knows everything. We are all still learning.

In relation to Indore and Mysore, my knowledge is as both RNS's and bits of information that have been released through the press/twitter/CyanConnode " In the Press releases"/etc..

But the other avenues that you have mentioned, may indeed form the basis for additional revenue streams, as CyanConnode have provided similar in the past, I believe. It will depend on how future contracts are structured. So we will have to wait and see.

Our position in Indore, as far as I can see, is that CyanConnode have had a very successful project that has been well received and visited by various utilities and Indian government representatives.

The Mysore project, as I understand it, was not Omnimesh IPv6, but CyLec IPv4. The order for Mysore came in to Cyan, during January 2015, so pre-Connode acquisition and pre-Omnimesh development.

We have covered this before, originally posted by Vas. But we now have some additional information, namely Kalkitech were/are a supplier to MSEDCL, since 2015, along with the information that we had already received from Vas.

MSEDCL then floated a tender for pre-paid meters during the second half of 2017 and despite re-tendering several times ( according to the report ) they have not been able to purchase a single meter. ( Report dated 6th February 2020.)

From the 6th February report:-

" A company spokesperson said, " We are unable to get offers for smart meters that meet our specifications. We will purchase meters only when they meet our specification."

Also from the report:-

The spokesperson said that the company was installing radio frequency ( RF ) meters in high loss areas. " The RF meters are also smart meters, although not as advanced as the ones we want to purchase."

So from the report from February 6th, 2020, progress may have stalled during the second half of 2017, despite several tenders.
