I agree with you CB, rarely I know, but on this occasion a " ....... 50% premium to consolidation ...... " is a far better target than Inthetins' 15p ( for David Johns-Powell ) or lower price.

But everyone has there own opinion and share strategy.

It is good to hear from you again and I trust you are keeping well.

Well from the RNS, it seems as though CyanConnode " ..... has now received the necessary approvals to resume the implementation .. " of the contract, from our Partner. So hopefully we have got passed the " under starters orders " stage of this contract and are now up-and-running, as the saying goes.

But we will have to see how the contract progresses over the next couple of years, at the times when CyanConnode can give us relevant information.

I don't believe I put the 15p share-price and the take-over together. What I said was " But you have stated that you think a take-over will happen. ( Not an MBO as has been banded around this bb before ) and you have given a 15p share-price. Would you care to give a time-line on when you think these events might be achieved?"

You confirmed you would be extremely happy with a take-over price well below 15p. As I have mentioned, I am confident you will get more for your shares, than the " ...... below that price ...... " you would be happy with, dependent on how long you want to keep the shares, that is. That would be entirely up to you.

A " ...... 6-12 months ....... " timeline should hopefully put CyanConnode in a far more viable position, than at the moment. Although I do think that CyanConnode is in a better position, product-wise and getting to a more viable position finance-wise, than they have been in for a few years.

And both these positions, coupled with potential on-going contracts/revenue streams/support & maintenance contracts, should put CyanConnode in a far better position to negotiate any take-over, when/if it arises.

Personally, I am confident you will get more than 15p for your shares and I think you will achieve that, without a take-over. But that is not saying that a take-over will not happen at some time in the future. But who would it be?

The " ..... recognition, acknowledgement or credit ....... " is for the developing of the range of products and solutions, that the Company has now developed. As I think I mentioned in my 11:17 post, which has taken time to develop.

The senior management are also fully aware and recognize the disappointment we all feel, both as management and share-holders, with the share-price performance over the last few years. But the Company and its products/solutions, seems to be progressing to its now potentially more viable position.

CyanConnode has kept shareholders and non-shareholders informed on the progress that has been made, with contracts and product development, over the years. So it would be a good idea if new/prospective shareholders, as you say, revisited CyanConnodes RNS's and also their website. As I am sure prospective shareholders will do anyway.

In the 31st March, 2020, Interim Report, CyanConnode give a list of the New Range of Omnimesh Products, along with an Operational Review and Financial Highlights, as well as other Company Specific information.

But there hasn't been much recognition, acknowledgment or credit given by some, to the management of the Company, for developing this better offering/product over the years, that the Company has been building and developing the products/solutions. In my opinion, of course.

But there is plenty of relevant information available, for those who want to read it.

Good evening all,

The original JVVNL order, as we know, was for $11.6m or approximately £10.5m. From todays RNS, CyanConnode received 113m INR, about £1,186,500 which as alrerady been recognized. The 5 year $2.9m Support and Maintenance contract, works out at approximately £2,297,960. So taking out the Support and Maintenance contract and the already recognized revenue, this leaves approximately £7,015,540 over a 2 year period. So approximately £3.5m a year. Depending on when they start, as we are now in June already.

This is what I think the market has recognized, during the day. We will have to see if there is a continuation tomorrow.

The £2.2m approximate Support and Maintenance contract, over the 5 year period, should contribute a further £460,000 approximately a year revenue, after it kicks-in.

So this is as near as I can interpret it, from the information we have been given.

I remember someone posting on the 6th March, about CyanConnode:- " No jobs, No events, No sales, No cash, The End." And the on 22nd May, by posting " At 1p, in a months time, could be worth a decent bet." And then claimed to have bought some shares in the Company on 27th May.

As I posted recently, it pays not to believe anything you read on this or any other bb, until you have checked it out yourself and made up your own mind.

That's the one. From memory, I think the actual contract came in about $11 million, with the support contract, as you say, coming in at $2.9 million. But a nice way to start the day.

I seem to remember a poster/share-holder, claiming to have 16/17 million shares in Cyan, during late 2015, that they were looking to sell at 1 million shares a week, because they were predicting that the share price would fall and they would be out of Cyan by the end of the 2015/2016 tax year. Incurring additional share-dealing costs and the possibility of a predicted lower share price for the shares.

The share-price fluctuated, as it does, towards the end of 2015 and into 2016. The share-price doubled over the next few weeks during April/May 2016, due to the Micromodje order.

We will never know if their strategy worked.

So my advice is, do not believe or react, to anything you read on a/the bb. Check out any information to your own satisfaction and make your own investment decisions, accordingly. The rest is down to good fortune and timing.
