A " ........ $100M order book ..... " was mentioned within the October 2018 Placing document, as follows:-

" Utilities are issuing large " Requests for Proposals " for smart metering solutions, including CyanConnode's technology and the Company is currently working on a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities of over $100 million in India alone " ( $100 million = approximately £74.5m, at todays exchange rate.)

The RDSS smart meter programme in India, was introduced 4/5 years ago and by March 2025 the contracted order-book for CyanConnode had peaked at approximately £180m. ( Now £157m, as of 30th September, 2025.)

So, the " ...... sales pipeline of qualified opportunities, of over $100 million in India alone," ( not actual orders ) was transformed into an actual order-book of £180m, by March 2025.

That is, in my opinion, what has changed over the last eight years, or so.

....... to want to " ..... forget the £157m ( that was £180m )" .... because that is a positive for CyanConnode, in my opinion. The reduction from £180m to £157m, has also been explained by CyanConnode, which is another positive, also in my opinion, in that:-

" This has been a successful period, beginning with DigiSmart Networks Private Limited, the Group's subsidiary in India, securing its first contract as an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider ("AMISP"). This landmark contract for c.£70m ( at constant currency ), awarded in April 2025 by the Government of Goa, materially strengthened the Group's contracted order-book, which remains robust at approximately £157 million, at current exchange rates ( previously: £180 million, including Goa, which was won early in April 2025 ). The reduction primarily reflects currency translation effects of around 9%, with the balance attributed to deliveries made and revenue recognised, during the period."

You cannot keep delivered, installed and invoiced orders on the books indefinitely, other-wise historic orders such as Mysore and Indore would still be be on the books.

........ - as one excellent Welsh pop singer used to sing in the sixties, which some of you may remember - for some bb posters to take a " pop " at Board members or Senior Management. There is usually a heightened volume of criticism on the lead-up to an AGM. But this year there is another event at this time, that is gathering attention. That being the proposed Investor Presentation, scheduled for during Q4 FY 2026. Which could be as late as Tuesday 31st March, 2026.

As shareholders/general public/ etc., do not know exactly when the Presentation will take place, during Q4 FY 2026, the rhetoric has started early. So my advice is to strap yourselves in, because it could be a long haul.

A few years ago, a regular poster on this bb, who was rather vocal about wanting to get a couple of the Senior Management Team removed, by commenting " How can we start getting one or two of these individuals removed/replaced?"

You would think that someone who had received the appropriate share-holder information, would know exactly how to use a Form of Proxy and what it was used for. But on this occasion they didn't seem to know. Even after all these years.

I have also noticed that different members of the Senior Management Team were also being highlighted this morning, even with an order-book consisting of approximately £87m via the the System Integrators route and a further £70m via the AMISP route, which is not to shabby, in my opinion. So far, that is.

....... the Recent Share Trades for CyanConnode page, on LSE, for Monday 19th January, 2026, the largest " Sell " was for approximately 89k+ shares, valued at just over £5k+. And the largest " Buy " was for approximately 74k+ shares, valued at just under £5k.

Not sure where the " £65 worth is the max you can sell " comes/came from.

The NSGM main report, has not detailed any smart meter installations for DigiSmart Networks in Goa, on the main report, although DT Metering has been both Sanctioned and Awarded towards the back end of last month for 8369 meters. Feeder Metering also had 827 meters Sanctioned and Awarded last month, but have progressed during early January 2026, with the installation of 650 meters.

So the overall smart meter project, in Goa is now underway and is steadily progressing, I might suggest.

Thank you for the heads-up on the Goa government potential smart water initiative gizmo, it is appreciated. As we have picked up with other news reports recently, Goa has also initiated the replacement of over-ground power cables, to under-ground cabling, which will stabilize the electricity infrastructure.

From that, the smart electricity, gas and water infrastructure can progress, over time.

The overall smart meter installations in India got off to a steady start, with approximately 1.5m smart meters being installed, overall. MonteCarlo and Partners installed approximately 270k smart meters within 2 of their smart meter projects, IntelliSmart and Partners installed approximately 160k smart meters within 5 of their smart meter projects and Genus and Partners installed approximately 626k smart meters within 10 of their smart meter projects, in India.

So, the smart meter installations got off to a steady start over the New Year, with potentially more progress to come, in many forms, over the coming year.

After all these years, as you put it tonyj, I understand peoples frustration, as the progress of the Company has taken far longer than anyone thought it would. But as I have commented before, I personally feel that the potential for the CyanConnode Group, is now far greater, than it was 10/12 years ago. In my opinion.

But I also understand the steady progress that the CyanConnode Group has made/is making, with the RF solutions they have developed for electricity, water and gas, the EV Charging development, the regional offices that they have opened, the global smart meter markets that they are developing and the progress that CyanConnode is making generally, especially in the direction of the AMISP market.

The rest is other posters opinions and other posters interpretations. Which in the majority of cases, is very different to mine.

So I will leave you with that thought, tonyj.
