RE: Dear BOD……13 Jan 2026 17:59
I haven't posted on TM1 for a while as I've not been a shareholder for some time, but I wanted to vent a little because this has been so disappointing to end up in this position and I hope that there will be some light at the end of the tunnel for anyone with some cash still tied up here.
Just for information, for me the final straw was the use of the CRML shares for working capital, adding to other issues such as not receiving any hard cash for the Lithium assets and only receiving shares - the second was not hedging these shares in any way knowing the date they came out of escrow, and finally the working capital / debt repayment issue. With a bit more nous they could have had an extraordinary amount of cash to play with. In the end I couldn't give the benefit of the doubt any more that it was bad luck after bad luck.
All the above items relate to TM1 and their own projects. TM1 also had a massive opportunity with the investment in the Recyclus project. It was a great project with potential ( and still is ) - the one thing that did become apparent was the investment in Recyclus at the expense of TM1. The structure of the company(s) is something I will take from my investment when looking at other low MCap companies.
I hope this suspension is sorted soon and people get the choice of what they want to do with their cash again, rather than held in limbo by a BOD that I grew to have no confidence in.
I am genuinely curious how this one is going to pan out - I really hope that this returns and picks up for anyone still in.
