Agree with "solid" - can't see much wrong with these figures - amongst other things, the Oyu Tolgoi mine is starting to show its value now too.

Two things that may be of use:

Firstly the "yahoo finance" version of the chart shows the shareprice prior to consolidation converted to its 'current' value, so you can get a view of the 'real' share price movement:

Secondly, although it only goes back to Nov 2023, you can get a view of the MCap of the company and how it has risen, taking into account the raises and consolidation etc:

If LLoyds have to stump up an extra 1/2 Billion ( 500m ) and there are very roughly 50 billion shares in circulation, then that cost should knock about 1p off the share price ( reducing MCap by the 1/2 Billion ). Or does it not work like that?........

I think there will be a lot of trading around the £4 mark - it's a psychologically significant figure for some, so there will be a bit of huffing and puffing at this figure. Then hopefully a breakout!

I've invested a small amount here today for the first time. I have been following for a while, and I was literally planning to buy this morning - my heart actually *sank* when I saw the RNS as I though it would rally more and I'd miss my expected sub 3 entry price by a large percentage - in the end I got in at 3p but wish I'd picked up last week.

I wonder if this one is going to be a steady re-rate as anticipation grows.

Hi Dip, I agree with that.

One strategy I've read about is for the hedge fund to take a group of stocks in the same sector ( a sector they expect to do well ) and invest in them - however they pick what they perceive as the weakest in the group and short it. Thus if they are correct and the sector strengthens then they do well on all but one share, and if the sector does badly then they are banking on the 'worst' of the sector falling the most, thus recovering as much as possible.

Firmly and loudly banging on the door of £3.60 - if gold price stays steady ( or rises ) before Monday opening I wonder if Greatland may finally smash through this fierce resistance and stay above it?

We will probably now have to increase the size and strength of the Dam where we store all the money.
