£3.16 was the offer price when moving over to ASX - you'd have thought this would be taken out at some point across the rest of the week.

I don't think you're sticking your neck out too much with that criteria.

A quick point on any sale of a percentage of the 8.5% - this would trigger a "price discovery" moment and the MCap / SP would take its lead from this value.

The SP is practically twice what Brewster predicted.

It is technically possible to forward sell - this is not selling the placement shares, this is selling in *advance* - you would "short" (borrow) the share in the open market and sell them for the current share price, knowing that news of the placement would likely reduce that share price. Once you receive your placement shares, the borrowed shares that you sold can be given back as you've just gained a load of placement shares.....

Bought in at .12 for my first buy - I've now doubled down at .84 -

Raise is out of the way, £1M for a £3M MCap - this coupled with the signed deal looks like a medium term hold to me.

I always have a quick look at shares that have caught the eye by fluctuating wildly, but usually out of curiosity and rarely invest or trade - however, I liked the look of this one and have added @ .12. I've not done anywhere near as much research as I should but my overall feeling is that this one isn't a P&D - the deal looks like a game changer one way or other, and the SP is only back to where it's been prior to this news. It's only 5M MCap too.

Having spent a long period of time falling back from the mid 30p's to 5p, I surely can't be the only one fairly blasé about trade sideways for a little while, with the SP having risen threefold from the low?

Does the paying down of debt mean that company thus increases its attractiveness for the aforementioned "corporate activity"?

Does anyone know if results are all done 'in house' now, or are they sent away for processing - and if so what kind of timescale?

I know they make use of the local scanners to get an on the spot reading but in years gone by they would back this up by sending out to a third party. There was a severe backlog and slow turn around for a long while.

I'm not sure you can determine success or failure of being on an exchange for 16 days.

If you look at the reasons put forward for the cross listing it's a persuasive case - I'm certainly more comfortable with this move than plodding on solely on AIM.

I'm currently eating some dry bread and staring at my grey empty desk in an effort to increase my level of excitement after reading some of these latter posts.

I think the last year before going up to high school is the absolute earliest - they're often walking in and out of school on their own then.

Its a double-edged sword for parents as kids can feel excluded from their peers if not allowed one, but it has the potential to have a seriously negative impact. But there are positives too, it's a fine line. Our two eldest have them but if you're paying the bill they need to have boundaries etc. It's not easy! The youngest (single figures) isn't getting one 'til he's about 35 as he's obsessed with any device - once he's got hold of one I don't think he'd ever re-emerge into society again. ...😉😉

Erm, that's absolutely nothing to do with dilution.

This is a 2B MCap company now. A £1M buy is still a huge but has to be put in context with the MCap.

There was only minimal dilution when moving over to the ASX, and you could have participated in buying at the placing price. The share price is also now higher than the placing price.

Canaccord Genuity has recently increased their price target to 29.0p, Goldman Sachs have initiated GGP @ AUD7.80 neutral, and Mark O'Connor has initiated as a sell.
