I've been looking at this one for a while. I've dipped my toe in with a relatively small amount, and will revisit when the tax rebate information is clear. I am looking at this from a dividend play, and if I take the scenario of a 4p dividend rather than the 7p dividend as a base case then this is, due to the SP, still a decent yield. My thinking is that if the tax rebate doesn't materialise then there may be a further drop which I could buy into ( I'm happy with the company fundamentals ). If the tax rebate is successful then there may be a re-rate so I wanted something in now.

You would expect he would not have executed the transaction without receiving some solid assurances on progress too?

With TM1, in my view the most likely outcome is as follows - AS sells his shares to a new investor, a company called AS Subsidiary Holdings of which he is a director and majority shareholder. This subsidiary company is also a large shareholder in Recyclus and a stakeholder in LiBatt. The shares are subsequently won in an AS Holdings company raffle by Century Cobalt who announce a TR1. Transaction fees are paid in a combination of CRML shares and a skip of black mass, and Chang Oh Turkmani gets a 50% consultancy fee for booking the skip hire.

I'm just speculating of course.
