I'm not quite sure why the % should be any different across platforms because the allocation would have been based on the fund sent through, rather than including rights not taken up. But that's just where I'm at thinking it through.

LOL, I think there are "no trade" periods which apply to share purchases when there is news. As contractors have to abide by these rules, Directors of a firm are under even more scrutiny.

I think we have all been expecting news for a little while, and CEO has a Million shares locked in under option at 8.5p already (I haven't checked other entitlements). He's speaking at the end of August, so I'm waiting patiently to hear what he says.

The technology has come a long way since a classmate briefed us on the potential about 3 decades ago. I think some places also use AI with human review to ensure a high quality analysis of the results. which I think is a perfect pairing.

I wound up getting recommendations for snow based movies late yesterday, which along with a tepid shower, then popcorn and icy drink helped me enjoy the cool night air until silly o'clock this morning.
